I read how listening to the 528 hz can heal and it's true!! I've been suffering from mental illness and bipolar depression. Two days ago I listened all night and the next day I felt like a different person. I listened while I did yoga and I feel like a new person full of love and hope. Blessings to all who come here

I made changes to my environment since, moved furniture away from EMF sources. Unplugged the WiFi, changed my diet, Soap, ect. All natural products from here on...It has been such an improvement on my sleep. But quitting daily intake of cannabis, has been a huge factor too. hope all is well with you.

I have used several healing frequency videos over the years, but I was just shocked to learn recently, that some are not tuned in the frequency that they promise! I can speculate on why, but that in itself is another topic! This one however I just checked with a tone generator, and it resonates perfectly 👍 I can highly recommend doing the same, several apps are available for free. Love and light, Michael ♥️

Honestly, this works. Take processed foods out of your diet. Cook more of your own food and manage stressful people and situations in your life. Using the 528 frequency is a life saver.

@@Mental_Fortitude my heart has bleed i have never got nor expected a mere stranger to be this geneeous never felt this loved hope this feeling lasts forever. It has taken me long time to accept thats its virtually impossible for things to work out for me be it friendship or personal relationship its still hard for me to convince myself thsy their feelings could change in the future despite of the fact that i loved them whole heartedly every single day i feel this vicious cycle of pain. I surely want to be honest with myself, i have tried to deal with these unmutual feelings but i have failed i cant stop loving my friends because i know how it feels like not to be loved back and for my personal relationship i gave up after a whole year of depression and anxiety accepting a bare minimum from him. My favorite is the 639 hz. I just love that color green and it’s used so well in such a beautiful design. And the music for it is so slow and reminiscent in a way, like reflecting on the past but taking in the present.

I've only been listening to sleep music set to a frequency for a few days, mostly out of curiosity. I've meditated to calm music or nature sounds before going to sleep for several years, and have practiced meditation for nearly 14 years now, but I notice I've been feeling alot better in the mornings after listening to this stuff. Looking forward to the future effects.

It s 4 in the morning and i just cant sleep. The sound is that much spirtual that reminds me my family members who are gone.i am 44 and i wish i appereciated them when i was young.while they were alive, to love more to see them more.time is limit. i feel like i am doing an exam and any time the teacher might say "papers up" Live every second of your life truely.
It's only in this three dimensional, five senses aspect of reality called 'life' we think we waste time or miss opertuneties. On a spiritual level we realize everything is where it is supposed to be. From that perspective your loved ones know you appreciate and love them. 'Lost time' does not exsist on a spiritual plane. Peace.

You remember the past your current pathetic situation but still you grow stronger everyday. And finally you overcome it. And that's when you're free from all the bonds. I love this, one of my favorite sounds thus far. I've been experimenting around with the different healing tone frequencies lately as I'm feeling driven to repair myself and I have been going to sleep with them and envisioning my best life. I can tell its working. I've begun feeling detached from worrying and my overall thought process is more positive than before, I can tell I'm vibrating at a higher frequency... I'm so grateful as I look forward to enjoying the sweet in life!

I use this with other 2 youtube pages of 528 hz tones, all from Meditative Mind channel (subscribed), all 3 playing together in 3 different tabs, plying out of sync, that is each starting at a different time (you can pause and start each video until you like the result), and mixed to my liking with each video's volume slider. It's a powerful wall of sound, the total sound is harmonic because all are at 528 hz base, and I use that to visualization experiments at night. I got many incredible experiences in my mind with that mix. Many thanks for all your uploads.

This comment says sooooo much! From my own personal experiences there are so many intense levels to this wish, hope, fear, anticipated relief or doom. So many fucking levels. I hope u find something to help u crawl up out of that dark space. I will tell u this the moment u stop crawling, scooting, trying is the moment u truly fail. It's ok to take a break the burden is heavy to bear but it only crushes u when u stop maneuvering it. I hope u wake up and feel good about urself. U don't have to feel good about ur life ur situation the world or anything else but feel good about urself even if it's one thing. Little goals mean so much in these moments and take the time to accept u accomplished something even if it was simple and small. U can do this

Learning your chakras at a young age really affects your future life and I'm loving it. At first before I started meditating I was depressed and didnt enjoy life anymore a few weeks in meditating I lost hope I really thought this was fake than a month past and I started feeling light inside of me so I meditate again and I could feel my energey healing my depression 4 months past I was starting to feel happy I was laughing with my friends I was going out more alot of good things started to happen and I neve gave up mediating. When I feel down and blaming myself for the bad things. Instead of blaming my self I accepted it. I actually accepted life and I was happy again. My energy blocked all the negative energy around me. I even learned how to astral project and it's pretty awesome all love ❤I love my spiritual self and my spirit guardian:)
