I too had the loss of my dearest mama in 2023 - and has given me such traumatic respons shock anxiety depression, talk therapy did not really help, it was at least free. May I ask if you listened daily ? I cannot do this laying down, so will have to sit with it. but at least it may help I pray it calms me down as my health is being affected--how are you feeling now?

I tried to commit suicide twice. The last time I was so serious I filmed it on Live Facebook. Swallowed two bottles of pills and chugged two pints of crown royal behind it. Told everyone goodbye then laid in bed. Well, long story short the cops banged on my door and I faded to black in the back of the ambulance. I was in a coma for 3 days. I have never been the same. A part of me truly died that day. I think often about my situation and the world right now and think I really died and this is hell. I think about death everyday and wish I was dead often still. I don’t tell the doctors I want to harm myself because they will throw me back in the 🥜 ward. What Keeps me alive is my mother. I will never do that to her again. How horrible that must have been for her to see me in a coma. That her son hates his life so much that she gave him that he is not thankful for it. I am a very selfish self centered person. I’ve lived most of my life not giving a damn about no one but myself. Karma is a real bitch! Please believe me!!! Hell attracts hell.

I've suffered clinical depression since a child, not diagnosed until I was 40, raised in a dysfunctional family with a narcissistic father and abusive mother. The first reply i read... So odd that i just rescued the most awesome puppy who has some real trauma issues as he saw his owner kill his lover. Found out that he was going to receive 1st degree murder charge - so killed himself too. The puppy was named Cain. Cain killed Able or co-caine. Either way i wasnt good with that. I’m on my sisters account ... my phone broke today, my nail broke, I scraped months old jelly off the walls and trash cans when it happened. I work everyday yet I’m broke. No crazy story like some of the thoughtful comments. just a shitty day to a 17 year old who works at Chick Fil A where it’s “My Pleasure:)” all day. But this video at the end of the night, these positive comments... It moves me in a way most things can’t. I’m a pretty numb kid going through life. However, i feel you all as if i’m listening with you. I’m sure no one will see this or care, but i will sleep good tonight. I will have a good day tomorrow... I wish only the best for you all. Remember to stay greatful, spiritual, and don’t take life to serious. Goodluck in life.

Airiel Fletcher you’ll be alright. I was lost at 17. I didn’t have my parents, I bounced around 11 (yes, 11) different foster and group homes. But life is funny, you start to see it differently the older you get. Don’t be numb, embrace life! Don’t get into debt for school and all of that crap, and keep life simple with friends and romance. Yes, you’ll be broke at 17. I was broke until I was 25. Money is nothing to worry yourself over if you don’t get upside down. Keep your head up!

Kew Ward - Ken, try 1) Rhodiola rosea, 2) mucuna pruriens, 3) going for long runs... Psilocybin, marijuana, anything to get you free of those pain pills... It's a dark valley to go through but you'll come out the other side brighter and better than ever... Cheers!

I played this for my cannabis plants while doing defoliation and training the night before feed, so the fabric pots were pretty dry. Decided to put this on and risk the possibility of stress on the plants as feeding a day early wouldn't hurt them if the stress was too much. I placed a Bluetooth speaker high in the middle of the grow tent so the plants would grow toward the sound. Well...Haven't noticed any stress in the plants at all while playing this track, and they're extremely happy, standing straight up and praying even though they should be drooping down and looking sad. Nice. Cellular repair right before my eyes. Good job

Realize how many of us are listening to this. Perceive us all as listening simultaneously. We now meet together on this same frequency, and smile wanting to share a hello with each other.
