Me too! Every night I listen as i fall asleep and I'm sleeping much better, without as many nightmares. Ps I found some holy wood called palo santo that I burn in every room of my house. I only found it last week and its amazing stuff! I'm calm within seconds, feel the rage bitterness and resentment melting away - dont know how it works but I got me out of a suicidal spiral last weekend! Be kind to yourself 😊and get some palo Santo going on!☺️
