I know right, especially when youre managing your internship, college and gym together. Diet and everything is hard to follow up to. Still I used to go everyday and currently im 69kg and happy with my 2 month progress. Feels amazing, I'm glad I did not give up.

Well people on roids who lie and state theyre natural is why many would think hes not making good progress...he gained at least 10 to 12 kg pure muscle in 4 months from the look of it, thats average around 3 kg a month which is even above average, he did an amazing job....fellas this is not a steroids transformation, so educate yourselves

Awesome bro.. I had the same skinny body before. I was just 45KG in 2021 (5foot 9inch). I went to the gym for a year straight. Bulked up to 62KGs in a year. Currently I'm standing at 67KGs maintaining my weight and started doing calisthenics. We all love transformations bro 🤘

@@xyz-iz2kf hi bro, just be in a caloric surplus, this will help you to gain some initial weight. Then focus on taking at least 100-120g protein per day to get some high quality muscles. For workout, I recommend you to do a push-pull-legs split. (Don't skip leg day)

@@vanyamekle8888 добрый вечер) Ел много почти все 6 месяцев, в основном: макароны, грудка, говядина, иногда рис (но чаще всего именно макароны в качестве гарнира), яйца, молоко, творог. Всё, соответсвенно, в довольно больших количествах, например за один прием пищи мог полпачки макарон съесть (ел обычно макфа из твердых сортов), грамм 200-300 мяса жареного, салат обычный (2 огурца, 1 помидор). Ну и в целом мясо с макаронами и салатом это основное блюдо на обед/ужин, это достаточно калорийно получается (там примерно 1500 ккал за один прием пищи) На завтрак обычно кушал творог пачку грамм 300, молоко одну кружку, ну там тоже где то 300-500 мл, 2 банана. Довольно неплохой завтрак получается, и по полезности и по ккалориности, если не можешь съесть все в твердом виде - можешь сделать из всего этого коктейль. По началу будет тяжело столько съесть, но через месяц примерно привыкнешь. Также в качестве завтрака отлично может пойти овсянка и вареные яйца штуки 3-4. Я иногда ещё хавал пиццу, бургеры и тд, но это раз в месяц и в качестве отдыха. По поводу того, что делал - жим лежа, подъем штанги на бицепс, гантели, ну и на спину и плечи некоторые упражнения, могу потом рассказать, если понадобится. Здесь основное правило - брать максимально возможный для тебя вес, тот вес, который ты можешь сделать на 4-12 повторений. Но заниматься по такой схеме лучше начинать через месяц-два занятий в зале, если ты уже ходишь столько - можешь начинать так заниматься Ну в целом основы рассказал, если будут вопросы - пиши сюда, могу свой ВК дать, чтобы мог писать мне для дальнейших советов))

@@hamadkhan3248 just eat a lot bro, the more weight you gain and the more you work out the more your body will get used to it and it becomes pretty easy. Dont worry about eating too many calories, you can always cut the weight after you bulk up.

Hey man, I'm 5 ft 9 and 3 months ago I was 52 kgs, now I'm 60. All because I constantly went to the gym 5 days a week and did push ups almost every single day. This journey of yours reminds me so much of myself, I was skinny as well but now I feel much better with myself and I am much fitter, although I still keep going because I want to keep this body and get even more fit. I'm happy for you, lets continue like this bro. And for everyone who wants to do the same, just do it. Trust me if you are in a position where you don't feel like you have enough time to go to the gym, or you are just lazy, I've been there myself. Its hard but you just gotta make it a routine, go to the gym 3 days a week for a month and check your progress after a month. You will see that you look better, and now even if you wanted to quit you just can't because you want to keep the progress.

Bro i was also 52 kg like you and at that time all of them used to tell that i could not do any exercise but my mind was really strong so I started doing workout and improved little by little daily…now after 1 year i m at 62 kg and i m way more stronger than before and those people who didn’t believe me have their mouth shut..all i want to say is no matter what u do keep improving little by little and be patient the result will come..Best of luck bro
