Inspired to definitely stretch more, organize my meals better and be more consistent with once a week HIIT. All humans are linked and if you can do it so can I. I work nightshift, am a single parent of two and just started learning to code but health is the greatest wealth and I can definitely tighten up my process. Again thanks I am inspired.

This really inspired me today! Recently I’ve been having really bad insomnia. I usually work out at 6AM every day but my routine has been suffering because of how exhausted I am. But if u can do it with such consistency I know I can too! This video really pushed me to get back on track and give my fitness my all 💜
