About energy transmission
This video channels energy from the Divine through the channel, into you. It is always sent for your highest and best good and the highest and best good for all involved.

Reiki Notes & Common Experiences:
1) You may feel an initial increase of stress or anxiety coming to the surface. This is normal! Allow it so happen (don't fight it). It is coming to the surface to be cleared.

I needed this, this morning. I’ve done this meditation before and some time ago and it was as powerful today as it was back then. I felt waves of energy clearing stagnant energy and it feels like such a shift even with the length of time this meditation is which demonstrates the powerful connection. Am so grateful. Wowzers! It was like my soul got a bath! I feel so much lighter now! I could feel my heart beating thoughout this and at the beginning I could even hear my heartbeat! Hearing my heartbeat was a new experience me! Sometimes I'm really attuned to sounds but this is some next level shit even 4 me! Very much needed! Your videos really help me a lot on my journey! I wanted to do a meditation to unblock any chakras and was not only happy to see you had one, but holy shit was that amazing and far above just unblocking chakras! This is the first time I’ve had actual sensations of the chakras above my head, I was SO excited when that happened. And with the new energy that’s present, I highly recommend doing this meditation. I'm so greatful for you doing this amazing ;I need to share my experience during this meditation;first I saw my palms being scrubbed clean of any old substance;then the sole's of my feet,when completed I saw a large S sign from below belly button down to first chakra,as I was resting after completing I was shown that it needs time (like clothes hanging out to dry)I stayed rested in bed( 5.30am)at 6.35am I received a sighn✅️that it is complete.❤😇🙏
