This was so powerful to my 7 year old son. For a few days now, he’s been telling me about “the tingman video that almost made him cry” and wanting me to see it. Watching it with him at bedtime tonight was a really special moment. I’m so grateful that he wanted to share this with me because it meant so much to him. He just started speedcubing a few months ago and has his first competition this weekend. :) Thank you, Tingman!

Just wanted to say, I loved this video. I’m attending my first cubing competition next week and I’m only doing 2x2, 3x3, and 5x5. But you inspire me to try to learn 3x3 blind again. I tried before but only ever got it where two pieces were flipped. I don’t want to add new stuff to my brain right before a comp so it’s getting added on to my yearly goals list.

Your story is quite similar to my story of learning how to solve regular Rubik's cube blindfolded. Often I kept asking myself was it even worth it, but I kept trying and learning, because this is something I really wanted to learn. And guess what? Not a long time ago I have finally achieved my first successful hat-trick (3 solves in a row), and this brought more passion to me to improve my blindfolded skills.

You did such a great job. And you always teach us life lessons like this one was to never give up. You are so good at solving cubic cubes. But that is not the important part.
