This is the second video I have watched and I love this house even more than the last one. Again, I would love to see homes like this with an attached garage. If you have any I would love to see them!! Thank you!
@@bjharrison4460 I meant no disrespect. Heck there is no way I could produce such beautiful work. I only noticed it because it seemed soooo real so I was looking for signs if it was a real video, so, in a way, it’s really a compliment. 😁 cheers!
I really love it. The color choices are lovely. I'd like it to be about a meter longer in the back, so that the bathroom sink could be in the bathroom itself. Then there could be a stackable washer and dryer where the washer is, and in the bedroom there could be room to walk around the bed. I wish I could afford to build it!
The CGI in this video is AMAZING.!! This house has a great layout and would be perfect for one, maybe two people. I know the point of a tiny house is to pare down and go minimalistic, but the kitchen could use a little more storage--maybe take the upper cabinets to the ceiling and above the microwave. And while the woodburning stove would create a cozy ambiance, it takes up too much floorspace in the small living room. I would have put in a couple of mini splits on the walls to heat and cool--because it would free up floor space for extra seating. I'd put one unit above the window in the living room and the other at the back of the house in the bedroom. Otherwise, it's an excellent design.
The one thing I would like would be to have a window in the kitchen that sticks out like a sort of bay window instead of the straight window. It would be like a sort of a terrarium so I can grow fresh herbs there. Otherwise, I really love it!
This home has quite an interesting design on the outside with a double roof. Kind of looks like an A-frame. The outside offers an additional living space. The bump out is really great for putting in a fireplace. Kitchen has plenty of sunlight from the window. I would change the microwave to go over the range as that's too tall for me over the fridge. For the dining area I would put in a small credenza that would hide the table and chairs when not in use. Love the fact that you have a dedicated area for the laundry off of the bathroom and kitchen. Love the pocket doors keeping all areas free from swinging doors. Bedroom is nicely sized that one can walk around the bed. Put a lot of thought and 320 ft that gives you all the necessities. 👍👍👏🥰
Cute little design. Love ! Love! the OUTSIDE! I very much dislike when the bed is against the wall. Looks nice and neat, but does nobody ever make the bed?? Do they have no idea what a pain that is? Pretty on paper. But not practical.
A cozy place for a single or couple. The layout works well, though I would furnish it differently. Rather than a massive couch in the living area I'd dispense with the stove and have a small loveseat and two comfy chairs. A wall-mounted TV would fit over or next to the table.
This is a wonderful house. I love the size and the character details on the exterior. I think the only thing I’d change is to turn the kitchen into a cabinet, by adding doors to close off the countertop, to make the whole wall look like it’s all cabinetry. Maybe higher ceilings and the addition of skylights, too. Other than that, its just such a perfect little house!❤
i absolutely loved this simple and serene design and colours throughout this small, exquisite little house. the only thing i would do if it were mine is to make a smaller dining table with a leaf, so that i could put it against the wall with two chairs (as is) but save floor space, lowering the leaf when needed. love the clever idea of the washer/dryer unit under the bathroom sink--very creative. i'm always thinking of ways to get more floor space as i like space to comfortably walk around and also to do my yoga in the morning!
this is literally my dream house 🏡 I wish I could Iive in it right now, I’m hoping to make a floor plan that’s similar to this and hire a contractor to make it happen. Thanks for giving me the inspiration.
For the person with no books. There doesn’t seem to be room for a decent sized bookcase which is a loss. Add a couple of feet and you could have a good built in shelf
Two big sinks in about 1.5 meters distance from each other. I'm not mentioning there is not enough space for pipes under the "bathroom" one. However a smaller sink in the bathroom would be more useful. A chimney under the roof, if it was intentional and not because of tech issues of the application, won't work properly, it will drastically decrease fire safety, it also will make you to repaint the facade every half of a year.
Love this tiny houses. So beutiful both inside and outside. Wish they had more bedrooms, not only one. Maybe you can build two bedroom with a badthroom between, they doesnt have to be so very big. Room for clothes and a bedstand/table. What is the prices?
This would be perfect 4 a holiday home 4 a couple , not a REAL home... Once i stayed in a hotel room & that time i realized that id need at least 63 m² house to live alone. ⅓ as living+ guest room , ⅓ as kitchen , ⅓ as bedroom. That would already include some storage+ 2 bathrooms+ staircase to rooftop area. Rooftop area w glass rooftiles 4 some plants+ leisure+ water tank+ solar panels💚 Maybe add some more m² 4 the terrace + more cabin whenever the baby(ies) arrive. Done👍 But this tiny house exterior is pretty! 💚❤️ including the roof model👍 Tysm
Loved everything about this design, but I personally would have made a loft bedroom area above where the bed was and kept the extra space for an office/closet.
Microwave above the fridge? Not a plan for short folks. And I’d love to see the under sink plumbing in the bathroom. I don’t know where the sink will drain with a washer/dryer right under it.
How do you take care of the plants on that shelf over the window? Climb a ladder with the watering can? Also, it's not clear where the door to the bedroom is---does it open up into the bathroom? The desk in the bedroom makes it impossible to change the sheets. Get rid of the desk and move the bed from the wall so you can walk all the way around it. In the kitchen, there is no exhaust fan over the cooktop. In a small house like this, cooking odors will overwhelm the resident. House is cute on the outside, but the kitchen needs work.
love the cuteness of the design on the outside. I am not a fan of the layout on the inside. the stove top on top of the fireplace is a no go. For me the design doesn't flow well from one space to another and it is to stream line on the inside that doesn't match the outside exterior. I am sure others will love it though, and thank you for sharing the video and good luck.
The outside is cute you need wall space for a tv in the living room & the wall separating the sink from toilet needs to go as well & make bathroom bigger.
The chimney for the wood stove comes out under the eave of the roofline? How does one water the plants on the ledge above the front windows? How to reach the microwave ABOVE the fridge?
Love the outside, hate the inside - huge disconnect. Particularly the bleached wood floors. Why would anyone put in a wood floor that looks fake? Or a fake wooden floor that LOOKS fake - defeats the entire purpose. The inside has zero charm and even is kind of weird for a tiny house. Like who puts a closed off entry way in a tiny house? What a waste of space. It would be one thing if the house was in a cold climate and the entryway had a door that made it a buffer, but it's just a waste of space.
The exterior is👍👍 I'll keep it as dream house💚💚 But the area inside is too small. At least need a more space 4 the kitchen. Maybe ++ a simple cabin as kitchen. Fire can happens anytime + i dont like to cook while smelling sth bad from the bathroom, nor to smell fishy stuff while bathing. Really lovely house💚 & perfect 4 a couple + a baby🙏
