If you have the ipr air test tool. Put it in where the ipr goes and listen to the oil fill location and the crank case vent location for a loud hiss. The side with the loud hiss has the leak. Give it some time for the air to push the oil out to make the hiss.
I found there’s a little valve opening which lubricates the gear to the fly wheel on the high pressure oil pump. Sometime you’ll have air escape around there. I ended up replacing every o-ring in my high pressure oil system. Injectors, dummy plugs, stand pipes and all. What was the reason for your long cold cranks?
