Join Paul on the mat for a real time core strength workout, this session will target those key areas to help you become a stronger cyclist.

This is an intermediate level exercise session. Discontinue your session immediately if you experience any pain, dizziness or discomfort. It is the responsibility of the viewer/participant to ensure that they are medically fit to complete the training session/programme/exercise session and to have sought a General Practitioners approval to attend and participate with any training session/training programme/exercise session. Looks good, will give it a try after my next session. Did the 45 min hill climb already today so not doing another one now!

The "30 second" on-screen timer at about 9:15 actually takes 42 seconds. So I guess when Paul says start, that's actually the right time to start.
