My back feels better already. I’ve been doing Meredith’s bed work out before I crawl out of bed in the morning and that has helped my back so much. Not that I’ve been doing it exactly but loving the concept and it has helped . I’m 73and active.

Getting these legs strong and strengthening the core all at one time. Lunges are still my bane, but I'm getting there! I've been working out with you all for 8 months and I get stronger everyday. My body composition isn't perfect, but I can see and feel the changes.

Thanks for a great workout! Do you have options for sore knees? When doing the lunges, the front knee hurts. Suggestions welcome!
