I have another awesome arm workout for you in this one that will focus on losing those 'Flabby Arms' and burning the fat in that area!
These exercises will center around your biceps and triceps in which we will do three rounds of each exercise to complete a full Flabby Arm Workout!

Meredith, I'm fairly new to your videos and I also get your emails. I have to say, I enjoy watching your Workouts and now they are the only ones I will watch and the only ones I'm willing to do! This is because I can see how passionate and dedicated you are to what you do, as well as passionate and dedicated to your viewers. The thoroughness of demonstrating and explaining technique, as well as educating us on why we are doing each position and movement are of the utmost benefit. I honestly am so grateful to have been guided to you and to have been open-minded to really going all-in with your workouts. One of the most enjoyable parts of your videos is seeing the variations you include and the fact that you make EVERY workout inclusive for those, like me, who are just getting started to the most advanced. Just one more thing; although, I could rave about you and your workouts all day, your including breathing instruction is key for me. It really helps to keep me aware of that. As you know, when an exercise is giving a good burn towards the end, sometimes I tend to tense up and hold my breath, when what I really need is to breathe. Seriously AWESOME! I totally love your videos...i love how short and effective they are and end up doing 2 or 3 usually as a result. Great technique, great istructions, great energy- as a pre and postnatal yoga specialist i really value the care you take to rehabiliate postpartum mums back into fitness. Ive not seen this level of care online before and as someone who has spent years as a teacher trainer of routines that support best birth outcomes and postnatal healing, this is all ace stuff. Thank you x

I love that your doing 3 sets in your newer workouts. I usually do 4 sets of each workout. This saves time from having to rewind 4xs. Thank you Coach Mere! Another effective workout! ❤️

I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level!

Have you ever tried any of these new custom meal plan tools? I just got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried anything like that out. Thanks again!

Hey Molly thanks for watching and I'm so happy to hear you enjoy the video so much :) I know people who have tried plans such as those and I think they are great for people looking to help figure out new recipes and start new diets! I haven't tried any but I would say they can probably be beneficial to help you look for new healthy recipes.

Meredith - love your stuff! I have incorporated your full morning workout into my morning whether I am working out or not. Question on the prayers - when I keep my elbows pressed together, I don't have much range of motion. If I open my elbows, I can bring my arms up much higher. Which is more important? Keeping the elbows together? Or the range of the lift?

No worries there ! You can always modify the exercises but slowing down on the movement, lowering the weight or just swapping out the exercise that’s easier on the body ! As long as you’re moving, you’re making progress !

Great question! First of all, remember CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Beginners, aim for 2-3 days per week - working your way up😊 For intermediate, 3-4 days per week. It’s important to exercise different parts of your body! I recommend alternating between days & sections of your body. For example, one day focus on upper body (arms, back, chest), another day focus on lower body (legs, glutes), then another day you can focus on your core or cardio! If you want to target a specific area such as knee fat, love handles, bat wings, etc… you can always add a quick body specific exercise at the end of any workout as a finisher! We have them ALL here on our channel. Just do a quick word search for what you’re looking for. Hope this helps💜

I am so dominate with my right arm, and Hand that my left arm is noticeably flabbier than my right!! Should I isolate the exercises and do twice as many with my left arm?? Kathie

All depends on what you are working on🥰So if you are working on your right hand focus on that hand!

Meredith, these exercises work well and i see results in my shoulders, but inner upper arm close to armpit is still flabby, cannot remove this stubborn fat hidden in saggy skin. Perhaps i should add some weights to these exercises. And do you have anything as short and effective for flabby inner thighs? Thank you!
