This was wonderful! Great way to get the body warmed up and ready for the day or perfect Segway into doing another workout! Thank you so much Coach Gaby and Coach Mere!...... On a side note. I've been very consistent with my workouts, and definitely trying to be good with my diet/ food intake. Still a bit confused when it comes to how much protein I should be taking in for the day? If I'm wanting to lose a bit of weight, and tone up and gain some muscle definition would 20-30 grams of protein per meal be good!? Thank you. ❤

I loved the wall sit crunches . I could feel it deep in my abdomen. Just got out of a cast for a broken wrist and did the wall push ups on my fists. No problem! I really love all your workouts,I’ve been doing Svelte w/o for about 3years. Lol I can never stop at just one. Gabby keep up the good work keeping us in shape 🥰

My back feels better already. I’ve been doing Meredith’s bed work out before I crawl out of bed in the morning and that has helped my back so much. Not that I’ve been doing it exactly but loving the concept and it has helped . I’m 73and active.
