Been looking so hard for an exact gymnast workout , I do general workouts but I’m still weak in my tumbling , these are great exercises that I would not have thought of to do !
Great workout, thanks! Please make more gymnastics conditioning videos. Maybe also including pull up bars or gymnastic rings. Maybe also longer (30 min or so).

Im trying to get better at gymnastics but i could only do 2 workouts- i have my cartwheel, handstand, splits, one handed cartwheel, backbend, leg hold , the thingy where i can touch my feet to my head and im tryna get my aerial but this really makes me burn so this is defaintly gonna help
I always wanted to be in the gymnastics Olympics since I was 5 but I have a MASSIVE fear of going backwards 😔 and I have a muscle disease that 7 doctors still can’t diagnose one day I was fine the next I could walk up stairs or walk in general without knee pain and I can’t do gymnastics because my hips and knees are prone to dislocating 😣 and I’m only 13 my career went down fast.
I don't even know why I am here always when I try to make some exercise even if it's really easy I can't cause my hand hurt a lot and all of my body looks like is going to fall on the floor and I could do all of them when I had 12yo but not now I'm a useless
