I Remember before I caught the golf bug I’d always agree watching any type of golf was so boring...here I am one year later watching RU-vid videos on golf. What a sport, I def agree that anyone who thinks golf is “boring” just has not played it enough or just slices it everytime like I used to be.
Totally agree. Golf is boring until you hit it long, high, and straight at your target, then you’re hooked. That’s the high, and it’s usually played on beautiful natural terrain. I also love how finishing a round feels like the completion of a journey with friends.

In my opinion, Louis Oosthuizen is number one in smoothest swing. It’s almost poetic watching his swing. I think Rory has the most symmetrical swing if there is such a thing LOL but also powerful. It’s so satisfying to watch.
I thought that him putting Harry on the bag was gonna be temporary, since he came out and said he parted ways with JP because he wasn’t taking enough responsibility for his game and putting it on JP. Rory needs to go and get a vet caddie
He’s just streaky, always has been... he was just as dominant in 2019 through to the pandemic shutdown in 2020 as he was in 2012 and 2014, just didn’t win a major (won the players, FedEx cup, and WGC though)...since the shutdown he’s been off again, which has happened to him before.. seems lately to be getting back closer to top form and the recent win at CJ cup was a great sign
I was too young to see Tiger start to dominant...but when I saw Rory win at Valhalla in 2014, I really thought he was gonna win every start in the next 10 years. Prime Rory was so much fun to watch
@@golfquality8210 yeah he was incredible during those years, his 2019 season was amazing too. It's been a bit slower now but I suspect that it's because of the lockdown

His round 1 2021 DP World Tour Championship was old school Rory. He is incredible but personally i dont think he has had the same belief and success and quality since he foolishly fired JP.. Having your best mate as your Caddie im sure is fun but i know ill Choose 4x Majors with JP over 0 with Harry Diamond.
Rory came out of the gates as the next “tiger” and for good reason he was another young phenom with potentially the perfect golf swing but I think the expectations everyone had for him including his own has been his downfall to ever being as good as he should be
