I've gained 7 stones after my stoma reversal surgery last year. I feel the fat in my tummy. I feel it's due to my wound healing and extra fat and mass has now gained after recovery. I have started these simple exercises om the hope I can get to my normal 59kg weight. I work as a TA and do lots of play activities at school and walk over 7000 steps a day. it's been a struggle to lose weight in this last year and never had this issue before. I can easily lose 2 kgs just by walking more in the past. so thanks and will update if this helped lose weight in a months time

3 tips follow karo ge toh results 100% aayega 1. Din me sirf do baar Khao (lunch and dinner), koi chai nashta biscuit, bahar ka khana bilkul nai. 2. Protein badhao non veg ya fir dairy ne doodh chor ke dahi, paneer, cheese rakho diet me 3. Meetha, chini, chawla aur aate ki roti band kardo. Sabziya, daal, thode fruits, oats, millets (limit me) le sakte ho. Khane ke baad 15-20 min ka walk must ha. Itna karoge 100% results dikhenge
