A balanced hatha yoga Asana class consist of 6 spinal movements. Forward, backward and lateral bend, twist, rotation and inversions.
I have included 6 Vital poses for all levels of students. The poses work on 5 major chakras and pranas to keep one grounded, energized and yet calm at the same time! Hold each pose for minimum one minute.
This is going to be a perfect class for busy citizens plus for people who are unsure which poses to include in a daily Practice. Please Practice 3-5 rounds of sun salutations before attempting asanas. You may end the class with Pranayama Practice which will become a wholesome balanced hatha yoga practice.
