I know how to talk Spanish and all but when I’m nervous I don’t even know what to say anymore 😭 like I’m fluent in Spanish but I sometimes don’t know how to reply
I have been studying Spanish for quite a few years still beginner intermediate this is a great video. You make it a fun way to learn and you throw in enough Spanish that it's a Spanish lesson. Thank you from Vancouver.
Soy el hijo favorito de mi suegrita y mi suegrito. 😁😂😂😂 I always acomedite and when the other husbands sit on their butts i do extra with a smile on my face to make them look worse🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hola Paulisima. Los padres latinos son muy tradicionales. Mostrar respeto y decirles Señor, Señora y usted. También usamos don y doña. Tratarlos como a padres funciona 😉. Es muy similar en 🇩🇴 Great topic!👍
@@kioop2594 bro trust it will go perfect as long as you are respectful and have manners we have been together for almost a year and a half and things are going perfect
Jejeje acabo de recordar cuando mi padre me daba sus "suaves y disimulados golpes" en la columna, para luego decirme: "¡Sacá pecho! ¡Meté la panza! ¡Parate derecho!" XD XD "¡No te 'acurcuchés' (no te jorobes)!" XD Buen video :D Me gustó mucho y reí en muchas partes XD
I am going to be meeting my friend's parents in the next month... I am learning Spanish but I am far from fluent (I am a beginner)... in that case, is there a way to deal with this or do you just not meet the family until you're fluent... which might be a long time...?
@@Jenni.Staples here is what I did and it seemed to work well... I brought my friends mother a gift and in the card I wrote in Spanish that I was learning, working hard, and that I looked forward to being able to speak to her in Spanish in the future. She was very touched.
Apparently latino parents and relatives are quite judgy 😅 in my culture we cannot relate to that at all, it's much more laid back and don't you dare use usted here (the equivalent in our language) while meeting them 😅 kinda glad I don't have a latin boyfriend now
What if I made her upset and she talked with her mom because I made her so upset, her mom really liked me and now I feel like she might not and I’m scared. Her mom told her to not tell me that they talked and it accidentally slipped out. I don’t know how much she told her mom but I’m honestly scared. How do I know if her mom doesn’t like me anymore?
I stopped trying to impress my Mexican in laws. I realized it’s their problem not mine, we’re here in the US so they’re supposed to learn English after 20+ years of living here lol I meaaan
@@katiec_htx5574 Anyone being here that long should learn the language Do you think that if you go to Germany that everyone is going to speak English to you when you actually live there versus being a tourist???
