After two years of incredibly slow progress, I got my splits for the first time ever because of this video. Thank you Sara! ❤ This has become one of my favorite workouts.

the Daily Mail Uk revealed that half of us can't even touch our toes I think it's a good goal to set There are plenty of decent new channels offering beginners stretch tutorials too as well as how to split one's mine included feel free to have a look

Thanks a lot Sara! I just realised that I was concentrating way too much on passive flexibility! I love this approach and it also made everything really different. I want to improve my back flexibility but I am really tight in my shoulders. I feel like with this method it would work way better. Looking forward for the back flexibility routines! :D

Hi Sara 🤍 I did this routine with you on live ig, and I cannot express how good I felt and for how long I looked for tips like this. I mean your knowledge is really on point 👌🏽. Also, I wanted to know smthg, and I would really appreciate your answers. Do you recommend this routine every day if I want to get those splits or not? And do you suggest to do longer and different variations or is this routine enough? Sending you lots of hugs and I hope I will see you in one of your workshops in Europe this year 🤞🏽 ✨✨✨

Heeey:) I liked it, and I have a question for you: can we expect a video with a stretching routine for beginners? I started a 100 day challenge so I became more flexibel, till now I didn’t find any appropriate routine for beginners. So I liked this one and one from Tom Merrick and Alivia D Andrea. Wow I didn’t know I wasn’t doing the forward splits correctly by not keeping my hips in 1 line. Thanks for the tips!! I will search for middle and straddle splits on your channel.

Its the second day I try to follow your exercices, after working out so my mustles are warm, and i don't know why it really hurts my right leg so much in a bad way. I couldn't pass over the 21 minut of the video. I guess this exercices are for people with a advanced flexibility😭

Ahoj Sáro, snažím se udělat provaz (převážně jdu vpřed pravou nohou). Hlídám si rovnou osu těla, abych měla uvolněná ramena a byla zády rovně. Šlachy přední nohy mi nedělají takový problém jako zkrácená třísla v zadní levé noze. Mám pocit, jakoby se noha nechtěla ani o kouske hnout, i když to prodýchávám a jdu na to pomalu i s podporou bloku. Takže to dělám tak, že se posouvám po polštáři tou přední nohou. Koupila jsem si i závěs na Fly Yogu, což trochu pomáhá...ale už jsem trochu bezradná :-( Nemáš nějaké další typy? Díky!
