the Daily Mail Uk revealed that half of us can't even touch our toes I think it's a good goal to set There are plenty of decent new channels offering beginners stretch tutorials too as well as how to split one's mine included feel free to have a look
Thanks a lot Sara! I just realised that I was concentrating way too much on passive flexibility! I love this approach and it also made everything really different. I want to improve my back flexibility but I am really tight in my shoulders. I feel like with this method it would work way better. Looking forward for the back flexibility routines! :D

Also, I wanted to know smthg, and I would really appreciate your answers. Do you recommend this routine every day if I want to get those splits or not? Its the second day I try to follow your exercices, after working out so my mustles are warm, and i don't know why it really hurts my right leg so much in a bad way. I couldn't pass over the 21 minut of the video. I guess this exercices are for people with a advanced flexibility😭
Ahoj Sáro, snažím se udělat provaz (převážně jdu vpřed pravou nohou). Hlídám si rovnou osu těla, abych měla uvolněná ramena a byla zády rovně. Šlachy přední nohy mi nedělají takový problém jako zkrácená třísla v zadní levé noze. Mám pocit, jakoby se noha nechtěla ani o kouske hnout, i když to prodýchávám a jdu na to pomalu i s podporou bloku. Takže to dělám tak, že se posouvám po polštáři tou přední nohou. Koupila jsem si i závěs na Fly Yogu, což trochu pomáhá...ale už jsem trochu bezradná :-( Nemáš nějaké další typy? Díky!
