Walking 5,000 with both of you is super fun and overflowing with smiles -- especially the disclaimer about "no hot dog stand" at the finish line of the race! April, your visual cues for the moves (reaching high for your favorite coffee cup, starting a lawn mower, dinosaur arms, shaking mariachis) were creative and helpful. ❤. I want to thank you for such wonderful exercises. I had a very bad pelvis disk problem and my doctor asked me to bed rest. With exercises and medicines I am fine. I told my brother that if I bed rest then my full body would be stiff and I shall get stuck to the bed. So I've started my exercises and I found it very helpful helpful. Now I'm able to walk better. 90 %of my pains in my hips, both my leg - pains've come down. Tq so very much for posting such wonderful exercises 😊. I really take time to do the exercises. Tq from the bottom of my heart. Lots of love to you and mom. My best wishes and regards to you both. Please can you teach me for my weight loss also. After bartiactic surgery I have now come down to 75 kg from 130 kg. It is 4 years now and am maintaining my weight. So please teach me the best exercises for further weight loss. Research has shown that high intensity interval training (HIIT) can decrease fat. This involves doing exercise intervals that get your heart rate up, followed by periods of active rest. Thank you for this video! Im 30 years old and became chronically ill from covid 15 months ago. I got pots, ist, and dysautonomia from getting covid. I went from being able to do anything, to barely being able to do anything without my heart rate spiking and causing me to be sick. Its also caused my body to become very weak. My cardiologist wants to me do some light cardio exercises. Other videos are too fast and not low impact like they say. They cause my heart rate to spike to dangerous levels and my body is too week to do them. I was able to do make it about 45 minutes in before i got tired! My heart rate only spiked a couple of times too! Thats a win for me! Its been hard to figure out how my body works now. This video will be one i do frequently! Thank you for this amazing video!

Amazing combination of exercises that were really fun to do. I also live in a desert climate with early morning temperatures in the mid 80's climbing over 100 by mid-day. I take my dog, Ginger out at sunrise for a long walk and then we head home to exercise in the air conditioning with our favorite coaches. I exercise and Ginger runs around with her stuffed toys. This is my new favorite workout.

My friend Alice and I have been walking outside for two hours five days a week. We are able to do this because we are both 80 years old and retired with lots of time. We started doing the 60 minute walking workout last week when we had a lot of rain and we love it! It's giving us upper body exercise we don't get in our outdoor walks, and we really need that. From now on we're going to shorten our outdoor walks to one hour and do the workout after the walk. We had been doing the pre-walk stretch video before our walks. We love all of your very upbeat and happy videos and appreciate you're efforts in the interest of improving the health of us seniors. Thank you!

Hi Gayle! We love to make you sweat! 😊 Yes, this can be considered a HIIT workout if you speed up and/or feel challenged at the end of the exercise intervals. The goal with HIIT workouts is to elevate your heart rate during the exercise intervals and bring it down during the "active rest" periods. Listen to your body -- if you cannot sustain a HIIT level for the entire workout, no problem. Doing HIIT for part of it is terrific! Congrats on completing this one and keep up the great work! 👏❤️

There has been a lot going on recently and I haven’t actually done a workout since 5 April so I finally decided to get back to it today and did the 60 minute workout. I can say that by the last set I had hit 5000 steps I was losing a little steam by that point I slowed down, but I still got it doneand I used water bottles for the majority of it. Thank you so much ladies now I’m going to sit down and enjoy my protein shake.

I did it! I must admit that I felt very winded after the 30-minute mark, but if Aiko can still speak while keeping pace, I thought to myself that I can't give up! So I pushed through, and did the workout to the end in one go! (With the occasional water break, but I got my steps in. I am uncertain if they are 5,000, but my clothes are now clinging to me, and I am happy!)

I love this “up-pyramid” format!! Keeps things interesting with changing up the moves every 20-30-40-50-60(X4) round! Would love more like this. Your mom had some pretty awesome moves too 😁

Hello A&A!!!! I just did this one and I love it. I love them all and I need all of your videos but the 7000 steps one is my all time favorite. I play it every single day for the conversation as well as the walk. I feel like we are all siblings (not mother/daughter/cat + RU-vid fan). I laugh and walk and it blesses me daily!
