i've seen the "sliding pokemon" glitch quite a few times now while picnicing, but it's nuts to see it happen while pokemon aren't asleep! whenever it happens with mine, they're napping and sliding across the ground like a roomba. (oddly this happens with dauchsbun more than others, i swear there's something that makes it specifically clip into the ground and glitch out a lot more often than any other pokemon).
I actually got to experience that model glitch day 1 of the game, i tried to connect with friends when the scarelt girl dropped in instead of his character. We couldn't see him move or anything. It is truly a mystery why it happened. At least it was funny tho
I love silly little glitches like this! Also seeing you on phase 45 for 3 segment Dundunsparce makes me want to do more phases for that hunt, I started back in January-February and did like 10 phases for it but then I also started for a shiny Dragonite in gen 5 and have been stuck doing that since nothing is deciding to shine, hopefully I'll be able to get more Dunsparce before safari week
I got a glitch online where the egg basket would not appear next to the table. I got another one where the basket was really big. Like, REALLY big. Consumed the whole table.
Some more Union Circle bugs I've found that you might like to try out: - If both players are involved in a picnic, and one throws out a picnic ball of any kind, the ball will stop moving but still be visible to the other player after the picnic ends. - While the player who placed the ball stands inside it (since that player can't see it, the only way to do this is compare screens), if they spam emotes there seems to be an increased chance of the 'broken elbow' visual bug. - After a player goes up one of the lighthouse ladders, they will sometimes perform the ladder climbing animation if they stand still. This is only viewable by others in a Union Circle. - Player animations tend to get a little funky when they drown (only possible prior to clearing the academy section), which is only viewable by other players in a Union Circle.
Why would they spend time updating stuff? They’re probably like halfway into the development time of the next game lmao. Who cares if their games don’t work when a new one comes out every 10 months
I’m so excited for the shiny Dudunsparce video I wanna take on the hunt soon but it’s so daunting also I love the fact that the border is constantly changing it’s one of many things in your videos that just make them so much fun to watch

the amount of dunsparce, dudunsparce, phases and overall time/encounters in insane Respect Matt, I got way too lucky with this hunt and got it first try. I didn't even realise that was the rare one because of it being the first one (early in the game's release week) so when I thought I hunted the 'rare one', I was hunting the common one, which ofcourse also took just one. Insane luck on my end. Hope you get some soon as well!
people were furious about bdsp glitches but at least you had to go out of your way to do them in that game, in SV the glitches happen constantly in normal gameplay.
Hey Matt, never heard of this recipe before and decided to do some testing and found a few specific Humungo encounters anyone can try for themselves: Fortress [Bug: Title + Encounter | Humongous: Steel] 5 Potato Salad, 3 Tofu, 1 Bitter Herb + 1 Horseradish (for player 2) Glimmora [Poison: Title + Encounter | Humongous Rock] 5 Noodles, 3 Tofu, 1 Bitter Herb, 1 Horseradish (for player 2) Normal/Flying [Encounter + Title: Normal | Humungous: Flying] 5 Rice + 3 Tofu, 1 Bitter Herb + Horseradish Scovillain [Grass: Encounter | Title + Humongous: Fire] 1 Ham + 6 Rice, 1 Bitter Herb + 1 Curry Powder (for player 2) I'm certain there are more to try out but these ones might help people.
My union circle glitches: 1: I was going online and my trainer's icon (not her model) and name was a different persons from the past group. (We each took a turn to play with the host) 2: we where doing some pokemon raids and the person who couldn't join, showed up in the den and their character model was broken. (Legs folded in and side ways arms)
Oh and I forgot to mention but no matter if I was the one hosting the den or joining in, I wouldn't show up at all. On my switch, I would be there but on his stream I was just blank. No name, icon or even Pokémon (I think) just a blank bar with no loading circle to show that someone was in that spot. He was so confused and so was I. I was afraid I would go solo with NPCs (who seam smarter this time) or, it would kick me out all together. Instead we got that trainer glitch from before from a person that was in another group and couldn't get in. And I thought the animal crossing glitch where someone could run around while in a concert was strange.
Wow this is the first time I’ve seen anyone mention the weird placeholder trainer glitch LOL, i got it once or twice with my friend (using online) but they stayed as the place holder model on my screen but wouldn’t move. They sent out a Pokémon and i could see it run around but that was it, i didn’t even know how to document it
Absol, for your next lvl 100 gauntlet, did you know that the ramanas park legends can be rebattled if you fail a catch? I reccomend doing a lvl 100 in only ramanas park, and you'll have to dig up the flowery things for every encounter
I feel like if Scarlet and Violet came out back in the late 2000's/early 2010's there would've been a lot of creepypasta's thanks to all of the glitches in the game.
Try playing with local communication. The switches had kind of sight and were within a few metres and the lag was unplayable. I guess this a combo of the Switch’s terrible local connection and Pokémon’s terrible programming
Look, guys, we think that this game is glitchy, but as a League of Legends player, I assure you the grass always seems glitchier on our side. While I still agree that Game Freak needs to fix these bugs, I am grateful that for the most part these glitches are usually visual and not game breaking (with exceptions, of course). Thanks Matt for the short pick me up while preparing for finals.
@@AbsolBlogsPokemon Atleast that was more controlled glitching and less random,it seems like scarlet and violet are just broken,while BDSP menu storage 1.1 is just very very glitchy
