Получилось, что волосы у нас ЭТИ (мн.ч.), а по-английски ЭТОТ. Всё-таки сколько нюансов. Начнешь все перечислять и времени не хватит, и голова лопнет.

Hey there! I had found your channel few days ago and I'm really enjoying your lessons. I used to live in Ukraine when I was a little boy and I've kinda forgotten the Russian so my question is - do passive sentence exist in russian for example - in English we say - It has been made by me , I was being cheated by kids etc. Your answer is greatly appreciated ty :)
@AntoniaRomaker
@AntoniaRomaker 8 лет назад
+Lhawga Hi! Passive sentences exist in Russian too, you can say: Это было сделано мной. Я был обманут ими. etc. I will make a video about it too ;)

will you do another lesson on the other cases for этот and тот? thanks
@AntoniaRomaker
@AntoniaRomaker 8 лет назад
+Leo B what exactly do you mean by 'other cases'?
@leob4403
@leob4403 8 лет назад
+Antonia Romaker - English and Russian online It seems this one was mostly nominative case, I meant if you would go more into detail when to use the other cases этого, этому etc :)
@AntoniaRomaker
@AntoniaRomaker 8 лет назад
+Leo B such pronouns depend on nouns, so you put them into cases, which the nouns are in. And I have classes devoted to noun cases

I'm a little confused. Can you help me?. In the example: THIS PERSON LIKES GREEN TEA, Why, when she ask you (this person likes green tea) She says: Этот, this is MASCULINE, and you are femenine, this should be: ЭТА (femenine noun) человек любит зелёный чай. Thanks in advance for your answer
@AntoniaRomaker
@AntoniaRomaker 7 лет назад
Can you quote the whole example, please or give me the time code? I am very short of time, can't find it myself.
@patatasdelux

this because 'человек' is a masculine noun

Love your Russian instruction videos, the only suggestion I have is that you should get a better intro. Keep the balalaikas but have some kind of still shot of yourself, the current motion one is too much of a caricature.
@AntoniaRomaker
@AntoniaRomaker 9 лет назад
Mitchel Mills Yeah, I wanna do that, but have absolutely no time to make one.... :(
