I used to regularly walk around London early morning as my old hang out for clubs and bars was up at Camden. Occasionally I’d trail out further and arrive back in London 6am or thereabouts. You’re right first thing in the morning is best before the rush. It’s just so peaceful and relaxing. I’m also a TikTok user and yes and like both long and short videos 👏🏻to upload or watch.

As an old chef, going to work in the early morning. Used to enjoy the stroll (unless running late) you could just breathe in the London air, without the pollution ❤️😃Those were the best days. Mind, earlier we saw the racing vans crossing Duke Street 🛺🛻🚙 Answer the question. Yes show me the city I love, but have never fully explored. Allan&Family

Thank you for showing a perhaps quieter side of London, and what a lovely morning it was with the sun shining down. I would like longer videos showing London like this, particularly the side streets with the hidden gems yet to be discovered. Loved the rooftop bar in John Lewis.

You bet, DJ. Please, more of this. A walk around Hyde Park starting at 6 in the morning-I did that in 1995-was so good and peaceful. I am not a major crowd kind of person. The roof bar and a Lite bite would be good.

Definitely do more of this. The longer ones are better. Longer, with ambient background sounds of the streets which are relaxing, different areas of London: could be brilliant. I think that is 100% one of the stronger forms of content you could do

Remember years ago, 60s/70s going along Oxford Street into Marks and Spencer, then Selfridges, Marshall and Snelgrove (Debenhams), D H Evans, John Lewis, BHS before Oxford Circus,. Selfridges, Marks and John Lewis seem to be the only ones left now. The nike shop at Oxford Circus was Peter Robinsons which became Topshop in the basement which then took over the shop. Further along was Bourne and Hollingsworth, Littlewoods and another Marks. Not to mention the beginnings of all the other fashion chains.

Absolutely loved watching this!! I would definitely love to see more videos of you walking around gorgeous London. I watched a bunch of walking videos before going over and it really helped me get around so I find them extremely handy. I did get major FOMO watching this. As you know I absolutely love London and watching this made me miss it, however living vicariously through you is the next best thing. 🚶‍♂️💙

Seeing the people about Oxford St made me think of that song, where was the person going with the travel case on wheels? or the people standing out-side the tube? Used to work in London a lot Not so much anymore which is a good thing But used to get in early to get parking near the job Personally preferred the autumn/winter mornings where its dark till 7 used to park van have a wander about before london turns into chaos

This is an easy branch out into showing people who don't live in London the famous parts of the capital. And the best thing about it, is you are getting a good morning stroll in doing exercise without even thinking about it. Something I do in the suburbs every day around a local county park.

You brought some memories back here. I miss Oxford Street etc… I used to get off the tube at Marble Arch and walk for hours. Used to have my hair done in Davis Street and as for NY I just love it. My niece is over there now for 3 months.

I drive into W1 often and I’m usually there around 05:30 and it’s a pleasure to drive in London at that time of day and especially in the summer.(apart from Khan’s money grabbing 20mph limit) Takes me 55 mins to get there from Essex and at least 2 hours to get home due to the ridiculous traffic 🙄 Don’t know how cabbies do their job in peak times these days…
