Good to know, I have had the same issue with my 7 mm PRC die, Redding deluxe. Had to fully anele my cases otherwise they get stuck in the die. I will be taking some measurements now to see if my die has the same issue.

I also have the first Cortina die and had the same issue. He sent me the second version and it works flawlessly. I currently run brass into the second die set up for the .535 first, then run his first die set up for the .532 second. It works very well. Hope this makes sense. Also, the die being extremely tight and the coating on the die seems to make additional friction. I have found coating the inside of the die with some imperial sizing die wax on a qtip helps tremendously. You also have to use imperial sizing die wax on the brass. Hornady one shot, rcbs case slick, etc. don't work with the coating.

Very informative and appreciate you sharing what you have found. I have Erik's resizing die, Arrived this week (AUS) also. Before shipping they asked what Reamer spec I had. I have the 0.535 manson reamer spec ... Therefore they provided the "6.5 PRC II" die for me. Which resizes at 0.530" (EC told me the 2 different versions size 0.528 or 0.530) ... I have measured this also, on sizing some Virgin Brass with Micrometers and verniers. Checks out at 0.530 / 0.5295
