Ive been shooting wildlife and other stuff for 1 year now, but i feel most comfortable using the TV mode and ISO on auto. Wildlife is a bit of luck aswell , most of the time you need to be at the right place at the right time. Cant remember how many times ive been to this one location, but yesterday i finally got to meet a ermine and a osprey on the same day. Wildlife photography really show you how much time you need to invest to get the good photos.
Jip, made most of those mistakes🤦♂️ especially over cropping in LR🫣, but that is how you learn. I play around with every setting and mode of shooting on my camera. Some days it is extremely frustrating, when you think you got the perfect shot and when you view it, it is all blurry or very noisy when you zoom in a bit. But what a feeling when you go through the photos you shot and you find that one that is perfect. I had an old Canon Powershot, but that could take beautiful photos! I am aiming for at least 1 canvas photo this year.
Yes! I completely agree. I've definitely had some shots I thought were totally in focus but then to come home and see they weren't at all. The Powershot is a great starter camera, I still will probably use it when traveling. The size of it is convenient. Good for you for setting that goal. Thanks for the comment!
I was makng alot ot misakes gi begin with but i started with a 75-300mm and. Was desperate for tbe extra reach right away i commented on your 600mm video quite recently i am getting the ef version i was not good at balencing the light go begin with then got the 250 which i had my hear stolen in Amsterdam
