How much are you drinking? Excessive amounts like 1litre all at once is too much. Try 200ml instead before breakfast is ok. If a person has some stomach or GI issuses they will drink 200ml×5 doses in one day for 30 days ( usually before food) After 30 days just take a small glass each day. I suggest you do some research on the internet - there was a medical study done in 1948 by a German doctor to help heal his patients ( with stomach problems) most were cured by 30 days. Also most people will benefit from cabbage juice but some people ( very rare) cabbage juice is not good for them.
First time drinking it, it burned my stomach too. I also experienced diarrhea throughout the day. My guess is it was cleansing me. Did you experience any? And how long did you drink cabbage juice? I'm not sure if I should continue.
Drinking pure cabbage juice caused my throat to swell. I think maybe something to eat with it might help. If you take blood thinners you should consult a physician before drinking this. Check all the risks and side effects before you drink this stuff.
