I got a Canik TTI about a month ago. Not only is it a top of the line gun(trigger, compensator, optic ready..) but the small suitcase of accessories that comes with it is fully complete with holster, 2 mags, cleaning kit, TT coin, TT extra spring for low grain ammo, adapter plates ect. I can go on but, just get one. 100% recommended.
I just bought one yesterday and I absolutely thrilled! Unbelievable gun especially for the price. The only problem is I can’t find an IWB holster for a left hand shooter. Do you happen to know where I can find one?
Let me know if anyof y’all have issues with the tti not going back into battery properly. Like the slide won’t return all the way forward and I get light primer strikers. I can reload the ammo and it’ll fire so it’s not my ammo. I got a higher lbs recoil spring through customer support and that fixed my issue
Got mine last week. Agree 100%, it is an awesome gun and my new favorite 22lr. Helps that the grip is very close to the same as my carry gun, the HK VP9, so perfect 22lr trainer for me . . .
@@illwindbl0wsI have the compact gen 1. I have put enough rounds through it to break it. I might have run out the barrel. About 10,000 rounds in, I did a deep clean and then didn’t clean it until I was getting consistent issues. No continuous malfunctions until 1400 rounds. Deep clean and it ran like a scalded dog. Not at all picky about ammo. Pretty good trigger; could use improvement, but it’s WAY better than a Glock. Full size gen 2 is in my near future. I like that they got rid of the thread adapter. The barrel is my only real complaint. It’s crazy thin.
I never would have thought that you would have chosen an Sig.Funny enough I have a ton of friends that have purchased that Sig and completely agree with you. In fact I have one friend that uses it in his idpa competitions. Thanks as always for another great review Chris!
Love the Canik, and I'm a dedicated Glock guy. It has a much better trigger than the out of the box Glock. I had a TP9SA and it was stellar. Best factory trigger I've ever used. My Glocks aren't stock, so my triggers are short reset and 3.5# trigger pull. I love the Glock 23 over any other Glock. I have barrels for .40 S&W, 9x19 NATO, & .357 Sig so I can shoot any of the three calibers with a barrel change (barrel and magazine for 9x19 NATO). I have a lower tension guide rod and spring for the 9x19 NATO, but I don't use it because I shoot high quality +P ammo.
Great list. Definitely curious to see your review of the Hellcat Pro Comp. I figured the Kimber KDS9 rail might be on here. And I'm excited to see what else is going to be released this year.
I’d love to see you review the all new Bul Armory Tac Pro models. The 4.25” and the 5” 2011’s with full length dust covers, and ported bull barrels and slides. I think you’d really like them and also shoot them really really well.
@@FirstLast-ff7qx sootch just isn’t really my cup of tea. I don’t know why, I just can’t stand to listen to him talk. I feel like someone is trying to sell me a car I don’t want at a dealership 🤣 I don’t know how to explain it, I just know I’d have to watch that video on mute. But I like the way Chris does what he does and his no nonsense approach to reviews. But I might be a little bias because I’m a ginger too though lol I think the ported 4.25” version would almost as fast as a Staccato XC for 1/2 the price. If you wanna see a gun performing at its peak, you just gotta let The Honest Outlaw and Pewview shoot it on camera.
Roger Barrera did a couple videos on the 4.25 and the 5 Bul SAS TAC Pro. Had some accuracy issues with plated ammo but the 5" is definitely on my list.
@@sociopathmercenary the sas is the older model. The new ones are all black, no more silver accents. And they have full length pic rails. The Tac Pro models come with V-8 ported barrels. Once they finally decide to switch to an external extractor, they’ll be miles above the competition. They’re more reliable and require zero tuning. I don’t see how some companies are still using the old extractors in 2024.
Heard you were demonetized bc of YT 💩 immediately went to Patreon to sign up. Your reviews, honest takes, and genuine good vibes are a breath of fresh air. I wanted to support you and Mrs Outlaw to continue the awesome work and badass shooting
Check out the Lionheart Industries Vulcan 9. I got 1,000 rounds through mine with zero hiccups shooting wild party packs from 80 grains to 147 grains all mixed up. My new favorite pistol.
17L would make a great little pdw with a Recover Tactical 2020 chassis and it's top rail. The EP9 carbine would be better if the charging handle was non-reciprocating. The pistol version's charging handle is non-reciprocating, and probably a better option for a 9mm pcc.
I recently found your channel I’m loving the videos. You have a new sub. I had now idea that there was so many really expensive pistols on the market. Your videos and opinion is helping me with what my next purchase is going to be Thx 👊
Maybe I missed one of your videos on it, but what about the Lipsey’s S&W 38 or 32 j-frames? I know it’s a limited run so that might be why it’s not on the list.
Rockford island Vrbp100 Shotgun...Just wanna see you break it down...Great Content as well!! You touched on my Extar Ep9, Keltec 2000 gen2, Sig 365...I have to see if you reviewed the Sig 320 compact..versus the 365? But again great Content and your honesty!
I just want to see an affordable 16” AR-15 free float mid length gas system with a 1:8 twist and decent accuracy. The IWI Zion is the closest I’ve seen to meeting that criteria but I’ve seen people have some issues with accuracy. I’ve also seen some people with good results but in the 12.5” or 12.7” version and the 18” version Plus if you’re taking suggestions, it would be cool to see you do accuracy tests on paper for a short portion of the video like Mrgunsngear does for rifles. It would be interesting to see even if someone else has already done it, the difference in temperature, elevation, ammo choice and all that good stuff
I'd really like to see a review of aftermarket kit, like red dots, sights, 12ga accessories, and AR build parts. Specifically, I'd like to hear your thoughts on XS Sights Big Dots.
I’m tempted to make a snarky comment, but I will ask a serious question. For context, my buddies are into the SS stuff, ive shot them, and I don’t entirely understand the appeal. Here’s my question: what is it about the SS stuff that caused you to decide it is worth your money?
@@LFDNCfor the price it is less then what you would spend for a new Glock and then doing all that stuff to the Glock. Their red dot mounting system is better with longer screws and the method they use to take any play out and snug the red dot up plus no plates is one of the best ways on any gun I can name. I think the trigger is better then a Glocks. The tridum front sight and rear black. And with the P version of Shadow System guns is the compensated. They use a threadless barrel so no stupid ban in the tyrant states. The way they do their back straps are nice to. I like the smallest one it makes the grip more like a 1911. So more straight in my opinion which for me gives a better point of aim. The XR920 model is the smaller slide and full size frame. My carry gun is a XR920, I wish I had the comp. But I bought mine before they were making comps. That's some of the stuff I like with the Shadow Systems
@@LordRahl11don’t forget about that second amendment right warranty! I don’t know any other company that would send u the same gun for free if u show them the police report of ur self defense incident. I’m in a pickle of the mr920p or xr920p for edc. How’s that xr920 feeling for a carry ?
I'm 6'3"and 250 pounds. So I'm on the bigger side. That and having a 17 round flush mag in gun and then carrying an extra mag with extended bullet plate. So I could have 21 extra rounds is why I chose the XR for handle space. But I used to carry the Glock 19 so I liked that length for sitting. So I absolutely love my XR920.
Just bought the dr920L and Dr920p and absolutely love them both! Fitted them both out with a rmr type 2 and then run flawless and super flat and accurate 🙂👍🏼🇺🇸💥
I bought it and immediately traded it back in. The higher bore axis plus light weight made the muzzle flip obnoxious. I shoot my p365 way flatter. Maybe the SFX Rival S with the metal body would be nicer. I ended up buying a Prodigy and shoot it dramatically better. For nearly the same money as this TTI, you could get a DR920P and I hear that it's awesome.
I picked up an sig 365 x macro recently and what an incredible shooting gun. Swapped to the Icarus grip and man that thing fits like a glove in my hands now.
I didn't get the AXG Legion P365 but I feel pretty good about getting the Tacops version with two extra mags, extended mag release, and mag well. That Canik TTI is calling for me.
I'm going to add the Sig p364 AXG Legion in the next few months and it will be my EDC. Thanks for your reviews! I loved your Palmetto State ARV-9 video too. That's a great gun. Especially for the money!
A review of the Walther PD380, I hate that for now its just in .380 but it looks like a great carry pistol for those of us that love old school hammer fired pistols.
Love your channel hands down the best firearms reviewer on RU-vid and quite possibly the best the is period. With that being said, I would really, really loves to see your review on at least some (but all would be even better) of the Grand Power Pistols. You review the stibog on your channel but none of their pistols. They are a unique pistols and use a patented rotating barrel design much like the Beretta PX4 storm. I've only ever gotten to check one out in a gun shop (the Q1) not actually shoot one but it seemed like a very high quality pistols.. Very very good fit and finish and machining work, a rather exceptional and light trigger pull and very nice smooth slide action. Very appealing pistol that comes in at a very very appealing price point of well under 400 bucks now for the Gen 2 with flat faced trigger that I got to check out. And now they just recently released the new MK23 version of all their pistols and come with an updated rotating barrel system, optics cut, new slide serrations and grip texturing. The census is that they are a true hidden jem of a pistol and perform extremely well and are very accurate with very very light felt recoil and are just a pleasure to shoot. Really hope to see your take on them here in the near future. Thanks and keep doing what you're doing!
Super awesome list, love & hooked on 5 out of the 7. Ive held the new Canik TTI Combat, amazing feel & trigger! I immediately looked into the JP Enterprise JP5 & Alien Creator Evo when did first shots on these, very interested in those. However my current obsessed craze is the Staccato CS. I would love to see a 1000 Round review or it compared to it competitors similar to it. I guess i love your honest opinion lol😂
Hey man, What would really be nice is if you could do a rating video on the top of the line guns like the new SIG 226 X5 legion, The The Walther PDP steel frame, The canik steel frame, and whatever else you want to compare them to. Basically a breakdown of their strengths and weaknesses compared to each other so if someone wanted to spend a lot of money on a pistol they would have an idea whether or not it was worth it to spend the extra money.
Have both these pistols, converted both to single action and added a dot to both of them also. Sent the P01 to Primary Machine to be milled. Love both these pistols.
The whole top end of my ar10 is JP. Freakin top notch. And amazing customer service. I called and asked about load data and was transferred too a dude. Talked to him for a few minutes, got some notes. Found out he was on their competition team😂 so cool
Honestly, go for the SFX Pro instead of the TTI. They are comparable, but the Pro is $610 vs $899. Shot both and the TTI doesn't prove it's worth the higher price.
Too many QC issues with the TTI for now. I think the magazine over insertion issue is no longer a problem with the Rival-S. The polymer Rival is also a lower priced option like the SFX Pro.
I agree with the P365 AXG Legion, best shooter I have in my collection at the moment. Very smooth and the metal frame and grips make it super easy to control.
I have my sig sauer p365 axg legion ase 2 weeks Ufff and I was not wrong in buying this gun for 1,300, it is another thing, it is for personal use, strong comfortable grip, shooting smooth as snow, very precise, less errors more perfection, every good shooter has than having a Sig Sauer P365 AXG Legion!!!! IT'S WORTH WHAT IT COST......
It is surprising just how good the Extar is at the price point. You have to give Sig credit; they keep offering improved platforms. My son is in training to be a sheriff here in Omaha and is used to shooting high-performing guns, including the Staccato P. He was issued a Glock and, after firing it for a day, threw up on it at the range. I told him I would celebrate his job by shooting my XC.
If the 365 AXG Legion is still your favorite at the end of the year you should do a giveaway for one of those bad boys. I've got a 365 X macro myself, NGL though I'd love the grip module from the Legion on it.
