7 CHANNEL AMPLIFIER 300 WATTS PER CHANNEL $1259? - Tonewinner AD-7300PA Review & Demo 

I went to their website and it says "TW AD-7300 2.0 Version - 7 channel Amp 7X300W@8Ω". This is very confusing for me to understand, does this mean each speaker gets 300 Watts with 7 channel all driven @ 8 ohm ? And their website spec indicates "180+ watts RMS/channel; THD

When you mentioned the noise issue I two have the same issue with my JBL SR4732 they are over 99 db /watt/meter Mine went away when i went fully balanced. where you using RCA cables from your AVR pre outs to the amp?

I have decided to go this route for my Home Theater Upgrade. it's a huge step for myself to take. As I've only ever had Receivers before. I've just made a purchase of some amazing Speakers that I had got an extremely good deal on. I will comment and update you on the complete system details once I have all the gear assembled and installed. That being said(Barretts words). Thank you so much for mentioning your Monoprice Monolith seven channel amp. That is the standard I have been looking for, but in a more affordable price. Even the Monoprice being a tick under $1800 right now, I think it’s a really good value and USA made. The other amp I’ve been looking at is the Outlaw 7000 at $980. But the Outlaw is less powerful at 130 watts (also is Made in China...PRC). I assume you would suggest this amp over the Outlaw, as you made mention that it’s seemingly on par with the Monolith 7? I am now subscribed and I have a big thumbs up. Thank you for the great review. Now if only we can get Gene from Audioholics to sign off on this amp and give it his seal of approval. Haha

Hi. I just got a Marantz MM7055 though i haven’t used it yet. I had changed of plans and would like to get a 7ch power amp. I asked the store if they have the MM8077 but unfortunately they have no stock and offered me instead this Tonewinner AD-7300PA. Please help me decide if i will go for the Tonewinner or just get an additional MM7025? Im a bit hesitant on the Tonewinner having not read that much reviews. Thank you

At 8:45 - I found that my AV Receiver has a hiss when turned up and when the input is PC. On a different input, no hiss is detected.

I currently have an amp where the amplifers inside turn on when a signal is sensed and I don't have to use the 12volt trigger cable. Is this amplifier capable of doing that?

Thanks for this video. I was about to decide between the 7 channels from Outlaw, Monoprice and Emotiva, then your video showed up on my RU-vid suggestions. Now I am leaning towards the Summit. One important point in my consideration is that Summit only offers a 2 year warranty while the others gave your 5 years. Not an insignificant thing but the price can’t be beat for this quality amp.

Hi, great reviews! I am interested in the Tonewinner 7 ch amp. I just sold my Kef Q950's to an acquaintance of yours here in Calgary. I purchased SVS Prime Pinnacles, Prime center and an SVS SB4000 from Aamir at Summit Hi-Fi (amazing!). Am running a NAD T758v3 - 7 ch AVR. Its 60w and pounds ok, BUT MORE IS BETTER. I was wondering now that you have had the Tonewinner for a while, your thoughts on it if they have changed. Is the sound tilted up in the higher frequency's? maybe brite? I like a smoother sound. I know speakers make a big difference, that's why the Prime Pinnacles. I can't decide between the tonewinner, or the NUprimeX 4 ch just for the front stage, Aamir said its has a warmer sound. (class D) I have reservations just powering 3 ch, and the surrounds at just 60w. Maybe too much of a power difference. I use it for TV, movies 70% music 30%. If anyone is looking for great gear, exceptional service, advice, the boys at Summit Hi-Fi are the best I have encountered to date. (Ps Aamir suggested I drop you a note!) Cheers!

I wonder how they have 7 amplifier modules divided across 6 internal heat sinks and the 2 side heat sinks. I couldn't spot the power supply from the photo you showed. Where did they hide what should be massive transformers? I really miss the ratings with all channels driven. Do you have an idea of what the rating would be with all channels driven?

I was looking at the Outlaw 7000X ($999) and the 7220 ($3499). The 7220 is American-made. Not sure about.the 7000. I read somewhere that is was manufactured overseas. How does Tonewinner compare? I’m also hesitant to consider them because not many have sold despite their reputation snd value.

It was a goldilocks decision for me, Emotiva didn't have enough power, OSD's warranty was only 2 years and Parts not labor which spoke volumes and the Outlaw 7000x just right at 130w x7 5 years P&L with a US company although yes it's manufactured in China to drive the cost down. I went with the Outlaw, I like the fact it's grounded for safety although I did need to attach a ground wire from the provided terminal to the Denon X3800h phono ground to solve the ground loop issue. Quiet as a church mouse after that. Only concern I'd have with Tonewinner is the fact that they're new, not a US company and with not much history behind it. I will definitely keep an ear out for how they fair and glad there's another affordable option on the market.

While you do caveat Klipsch sensitivity, and I do like these speakers for home theater, they are NOT a good test of the reserve of a multichannel amp. And yes their sensitivity will expose any noise floor, but there are numerous amps that have a much lower noise floor...BT of course the price is insane...still would like o see someone use them in revealing box,non horn loaded speakers with a normal load....but if you are a klipsch fan (and how can you not be for home theater ?) rock on for .....$1260 !!! Service/warranty ? Who has dealt with summit on these issues ?

I was debating between the Emotiva XPA-7 Gen 3, Monolith 7, Outlaw 7000x, and now this. This seems like it's the most powerful, but I would like to see if the company has any bench test measurements the way Monoprice does. I already like the price. By the way, I'm glad someone spoke about this amp being made in China and not having that affect one's judgment. Each product needs to be judged on its own merits.

The model I ordered is the "ToneWinner AD7300 2.0", which I believe is the 2nd version of the model you were reviewing - the ToneWinner AD-7300PA. What's the difference between the two??? Would be better test if you tried low impedance, low sensitivity speakers that way worst case scenario

I own this amplifier and all the internals in the Monoprice and Emotiva amplifiers are whats in the Tonewinner AD-7300PA. Tonewinner manufactures all the internals and sells to Emotiva and Monoprice.

Too bad its such a cheesy name for an amp. Two words is kind of funny, otherwise nice looking amp.
