hi, im not giving anyone advice, I’m just telling people what I did. I’m not an expert in water fasting or any other diet. Im not a doctor, I’m just a guy that used this method to lose weight. I don’t recommend this to anyone and I suggest people do their own research and consult their own doctors. With that said, this is what I did. I used -1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp baking soda, (baking soda, not baking powder) -1 tsp of a product called (no salt) it’s a salt substitute that’s actually potassium, I’m sure there’s other brand names for this, it’s just a cheap salt substitute you buy at the grocery store. (Those three I mixed in my 2 litre water bottle and drank throughout the day. Basically I looked up “snake juice”recipe online, but the one that includes baking soda. Then I also took magnesium ,calcium, and mens multivitamins (I took a triple dose of the mens vitamins per day) Then later in the 100 day fast, I started taking iron supplements, not because I felt I needed it, not because I knew anything about it, I only started taking it after my son was reading about the importance of iron in the body. So I just bought a bottle and took whatever the bottle recommended. As you can see, I’m no expert, all this just worked for me. The first week was difficult and I quit many times. After the first week it gets easy, I wasn’t hungry for the rest of the 100 days after the first week of torture. In total, I lost 126 lbs in the 100 days. Being close to a toilet was a good idea, as my body emptied out. And throughout the fast I still pooped but not much of course. Farts were dangerous as they often could be a mess in your pants if you were not careful. I would usually try to hold back until I got to a toilet. I knew about this from previous fasts, so I was ready for it. My apologies for talking about the gross side of fasting, but it’s reality. My energy levels were through the roof pretty much the whole fast after the first week. I only slept 4 to 6 hours a night, and felt well rested. My skin tags went away, and my skin looked much healthier. and I had very little to No loose skin. However I still had fat when I stopped as I limited myself to the 100 day target. I felt I could have gone much more then 100 days, I felt great.I gained much more mobility as my fast progressed. Now for a shot of reality-I gained a bunch back, not all, but some, due to carelessly going back to my old habits of pigging out. Food is addictive, especially sugar, and I fall prey to its power over and over. I’m starting a new longer water fast in the new year. I’m human, I’m weak, I’m normal, I fail and start again hoping this time I smarten up at the finish line. I can’t give up, water fasting really works well for me, I can’t speak for others, nor can I recommend such an extreme weight loss regime, but all I know is it works for me. I also did zero excercise during the fast. Now, listen up, this is the most important part of waterfasting. the re feeding after it’s completed. It’s a slow re feeding process, re feeding the wrong way can be very dangerous, even life threatening. I learned the hard way after a 40 day fast , I didn’t take the advice of countless re feed videos, and I experienced almost collapsing, and possibly dying. I don’t know how bad a state I was in, all I know was it hit me hard when I re fed the wrong way. I thought I was going to die. I’ll never do that again. I can’t stress the importance of this enough out There’s many videos on line talking about the safe way to re feed. Sorry, this is long winded, but I had many people ask questions, so I’m copying and pasting to everyone that asked something. Hopefully I’ve remembered everything. Speaking of your mind, and memory and mental function, when you fast, you seem to have a much clearer mind, more focus, sharper, faster. At least that’s what I experienced. I hope everyone finds success in whatever weight loss method they choose. Please don’t take my story as advice, it’s just my story. Cheers and good luck.
I’m water fasting right now! I’m used to fasting, but people don’t understand all of the obstacles you have to overcome to make it through a fast and you’ll feel good afterwards‼️
Yessss. Like it's a serious mental game. I enjoy how I feel with a fast , problem is the mental obstacles that stop me from completing it. The times that I do I like how light and good I feel & ask myself why I don't do it as constantly as I should, lol.
@@geethageethz3578 Not at all. For the first 3 days it’ll be very hard, but afterwards your hunger lessens and you don’t really think about food anymore. After 5 days you notice huge differences in your physical appearance. But longer water fasts you’ll notice so much more improvements. Your immune system becomes stronger, your energy levels increase, you’re able to focus better, etc. it’s a very beautiful, but challenging experience.
I'll do these fasts every 5 months or so but overall you want to incorporate nutrition with daily exercise. There's also 2 options either the carnivore diet or fruit and veggie diet.....I personally know of people that have had great success with the carnivore diet!
Its obviously bullshit, he wouldnt lose that much weight it’s impossible and also when not eating your body preserves more fats so you dont get deprived too fast.

@@JayzeezWorld That’s Exactly how I felt after giving Mary Jane a try. Usually at late nights tryna fast I’ll be bout to crawl up the wall like someone said smh. Now I’m able to fast perfectly fine on my 4th day water fast as we speak. Longest I ever went without eating and has now gained victory over appetite and omw to greatness🐺🔝🌎🔜🖤🤍
Should be doing ut for more than 3 days because after day 3 u start losing muscle and nutrient which is dangerous, so just do 3 days at a time then refeed lightly then do it again
do not forget to eat salt! the main reason you feel tired is lack of sodium in your body because when you drink too much water you pee much more and pee is the biggest reason you lost salt in your body
@@sameerakhawajaandfamily9817 caution this diet is not for everyone u should ask your doctor 1st and make sure if ur body could resist . This is the most effective diet i ever done ،for some people it may seems crazy that you only drink water but actually its the best detoxing and the fastest way to lose weight in healthy way (and whats better that it seems that you feel better mentally also)
@@kimberlyr5858you have to change your diet and workout. If you go back to eating burgers and pizza....yeah. Fasting resets the body, reverses aging, prevents disease and diabetes and clears the skins. Many other benefits too but after resetting the body you have to be willing to live a healthy lifestyle
Hey I just wanna tell you that you did a great job. But also take care of yourself. I'm soo glad to see you achieve this 7 days fast. I know it was tough but you did it ❤😊
Great job, bro. Don't starve yourself though, homie, I'm sure you can find the right diet that makes you feel good and look good without having to avoid eating. Some damn strong willpower though. Proud of you. Can't wait to see the transformation. You've got this.
@@IAmSpectre777 right it's not really a weight-loss strategy so much as it is a reset for your body. You lose weight so you can start fresh and eat right and exercise
@@ParkJiminFTLFFProductions Yesss, but the problem a lot of people have is not knowing how to eat right and relying too much and too often on fasting to lose a lot of weight in as little time possible.
Thanks for sharing. I lost so much weight when I minimized my daily intake of full meals because it has something to do with excess sugar, carbohydrates, cholesterol, and salt. The latter makes my body retain excess water. Now, I feel so much better. I lost 1/3 of my borderline obese weight of 91 kilograms. I eat one FULL meal daily, and some finger food for the rest of the day.
Okung did this for 40 days and lost near to 100 lbs/45 kilos the first few days are hard and doesn't look like working but you eventually get it done like a committed man. Wish you luck buddy
I can never do a 7 day water fast. Well, maybe I can or maybe I can't because I've never tried so I can't say but my total respect to this guy for doing it, it's not easy.
My last water fast was 100 days. Lost 126 lbs. my personal experience was the first 7 days was very hard, after that it’s a breeze. As long as I took my electrolytes. 100 days, 95 of which I was never hungry, and I had much more energy then when I was eating. I’ve also done a 67day, a 40, a 14, and a 5 day . So I’m not new to it. Sadly I seem to always go back to my old habits, and gain a portion back. I need to break that cycle. It’s a mental thing. I am starting a 125 day one soon, just shopping for my electrolyte supplements tonight. To all those starting a water fast, I wish you the best, you won’t regret it. With that said, I’m not a doctor or health expert, so do your own research, and decide what’s best for you.Cheers
This gives me hope. I just researched all about the bone broth fast. I had no idea you can extend it longer. I really wanna lose about 50lbs before summer. Questions: what electrolytes did you use? Did you work out and if so, hard or lightly? Any specific things to know about like no naps or naps ok? How did you pass the time if you were bored and therefore hungry? Omg so many questions

Nice! I did a few days of water fast. As a teacher, we have a weight loss competition every year. I have won the last two years and will probably win this year again. It's 9 weeks and I have lost 45 lbs so far. I'm super tired of fasting and exercising. This year, I decided to eat 2 days of only plant based food. I can tell the difference. I'll probably lose like 10 more lbs and then maintain my weight between 165-175 lbs.
I did a 7 day water fast 9 years ago it was no joke the hardest thing I ever done this time I want to do at least 30 days. Congratulations to you for completing the fast 😊
Lets go man keep going. The best meals to eat are home cooked, rice chicken steak potatoes (baked) greens such as lettuce broccoli, also tomatoes onions pretty much any vegetable and fruit is good too. When eating out i recommend getting chicken or steak.
This method has proven to me as well. My high blood pressure drop within 1 week and I was just water fasting for 3 days. Other people who says otherwise is liar. But it is not for everyone. Im fat guy so I dont mind doing water fasting bc I have plenty of meat stored 😅. I dont suggest this for skinny people
I literally remember my longest water fast is 1 and a half of a day and I really remember on how I start hallucinating just after 20hrs I start fasting... So hat's off to you because I know to myself this is really hard
Im so motivated by you. I seem to always fail after 24 hours but after seeing this video im really gonna train my mental state and push through. Do u think adding exercise is a way for even more weight loss while water fasting or do u think that would be a bad idea?
Trying to drink 2 litres a day. Solely eating kale, broccoli, cabbage, yellow corn, beets, red onions, garlic & avocado) with brown rice & chicken & practicing intermittent fasting since approx April 25th. My weight has decreased by about 5 lbs. Clothes fitting better. Next is exercise…🇨🇦
Much respect for the discipline! However, as people have differences in metabolism, naturally occurring or the result of a sedentary lifestyle, it is advisable to keep up some exercise. This is also because the fasting can lead to a reduced metabolism and thus less fat burning. I made this mistake on my first water fast. The next produced much better results because of regular, lightweight exercises.
On day 4 gonna tryn do a month not on just water though i drink the naked drinks for energy at work will come back and let you know my resaults your a inspiration for everyone brother i appreciate this video
Wow, you're amazing to have been able to do it for 7 days! I could only manage to do it for 6 days, and during this time I've had trouble sleeping, like sometimes having difficulty breathing.
Bro you are really great cause I can't even fast for 8 hours you did such a hard work and got your amazing results but please don't completely stop eating for so many days cause it may result in some kind of ed in ur future . Anyway hats off to you 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 and congratulations 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
How you keep up the weight loss journey brother. Remember that slow and steady usually is the way for sustained weight loss. Also moderation is important.
Do you recommend i should try this for my age group i am overweight and im trying to loose some weight so i just am asking would you recommend and dd you take exception did you also work out during this and how much did you loose
Guys, If you wanna try lemme tell you what happened to me. Everyday i lost 1kg without eating. It's not healthy but effective. It's the easiest way to loose weight and you just need self control. you just keep going until you reach your goal. And also if you really wanna eat food that bad, know that its okay. But i recommend vegetables as they are healthy and it will give you strength. now i went from 66kg to 40kg now. ( i wanted to loose weight because of judgemental people and never fitting on the clothes i desire) If you wanna do it. Do it for yourself not for anyone. Being too obese is not so healthy, once obese myself, i can confirm. And trust me when you finally reached your desire weight you will be the one who is happy.
