Perfect! A salad for each day of the week. I could do a total detox breaking up the salad into two portions and having a smoothie and healthy snacks in between.

I'm not really good with cooking and my boyfriend is a gym trainer and he only likes healthy food. I tried the salad with Quinoa and the red cabbage along with salmon and he loved it!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! He's coming again this evening, so I'm gonna try your green salad and the Shirazi salad

I am Persian also so I know the real way to make salad shirazi: don't put celery in it an instead of fresh herbs only put in dried mint it tastes amazing!

They all look so refreshing. Try unrip grapes juice to dress the shirazi salad. It takes it to an another level. You can find it in any Persian store.

Yum! Hey, quick tip, did you know that bell peppers with four humps on the bottom are sweeter and better raw than three humps? Yep, so true. Three humps are more for cooking. :) Keep up the great work, love your videos!

hi Olga,thanks for sharing. in traditional Shirazi salad,we dont add celery and parsley and cilantro,we Just add MINT.(i'm Persian ). thanks

I'm really excited to share with you my favourite salad recipes. I've shown some of them in my What I Eat In a Day videos over the past few years and decided it'd be a great idea to put all of them together. I eat most of these salads as a side dish for lunch or dinner and the portion sizes really depend on what else I'm eating then. I really hope you try some of them and let me know how they turn out 😘

What a great timing! I was recently looking for new salad recipes and they all look so good! Thank you so much for this great video and inspiration :) I hope your thyroid problem doesn't bother you that much. I used to have problems with the thyroid but after many years and a longer trip to Asia it healed itself :)
