So Dr. Bobby...I notice your channel is growing fast because ur info is simple and relatable . Since I found your channel I have improved and healed my arthritic knees...and general well being...because I made my own arthritic drink which I bottle and keep in the fridge. .also made my own detox drink. from local bitter herbs ..I still eat a little farm fresh meat from my butcher..eat liver..drink beef bones soup on Saturdays...but I always ate lots and lots of greens..beets..pumkpins. root carbohydrates...sweet potato ripe and green bananas..bread fruit etc .etc..because I live in Jamaica. Drink and eat coconuts and sour sop from my trees..papayas , ohtahiti apples..which u dont have and should get for your farm..they are very easy to grow from the seed... and are juicy soft and delicious...better than American apples..they also make a great drink..also started a vegetable garden and reaped..pack choi..cucumbers.. pls note that some of the veggies u mention are not found in the Caribbean..but I substitute. Keep up the very good work....

I like massaging a ripe avocado into some Kale with a little lemon juice, garlic, a pinch of cayenne pepper and a little salt. I then chopped up whatever fresh veggies I have available with some mango or apple. The savory and sweet together is really good.

I appreciate your work I was waiting for this after you last video. I love quinoa, so I’ll keep it up along with the rest of the list. Thank you for the tooth and weight gain video also. Went back to animal products after a tooth issue and I’ve been wanting to understand tooth health the natural plant based way. Also, I’m happy you have a farm in south of Florida. I thought I’d have to buy land outside the country just to grow tropical fruits. Happy it’s possible on U.S soil. I loooove tropical fruits.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge of what makes our bodies capable of functioning right when we put the right things in our diet. I do take a vitamin supplement for magnesium not knowing how important it is for our health. I have started drinking green smoothies, but will definitely increase to 3 cups instead of 2. You have definitely helped me understand how we need to take vegetation very seriously.

Thank you for making this video! I have a tendency to be low in Mg, it apparently runs in one side of the family! I aan grateful to God and you, for providing natural ways in which to help our bodies get healthiet and more balanced! I love to add some cacao nibs to my kefir or porridge and i will try them in smoothies! Nuts, we love to have walnuts, almonds ... but will incorporate the Brazil nuts! Sounds exciting 😊 Chia seeds, we use them to sprinkle on salads, porridge, yoghurt...and we switched to Quinoa over a year or two ago, since i find it easier to digest and it is also pretty cute looking when cooked ❤🥰, it was lovely to hear that Quinoa provides with protein too!! As for green leafy veggies, we try variety everyday, and my faves are rugula and swiss chard too!!! 😂 I love your videos because i always learn great things about how God provided us with what we need to keep our bodies naturally healthy. ❤ Thank you and keep them coming!! 🙌

Dr. Price, I hail from the West Indies, and cocoa is a chief crop for West Indies/ Caribbean people, we pronounce it (COCO...It is spelt Cocoa)....my question is the level of caffeine, is that good or bad? Thank you for the necessary health hacks. I just checked my magnesium level and my levels were on the low end, so my doctor prescribed Mag Ox over the counter 400mg per day is that sufficient?

Could you recommend a magnesium brand. Most foods are GMO so how do we continue to eat these foods and still feeling the same? My arms, hands,, shoulders, and neck hurt every night and I am diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Not looking for a quick fix just how to stop the pain. Everything is so costly and it is sometimes difficult to help yourself heal. I need something now is there anything you can recommend now? Thank you..
