I started watching your videos when I was 18. I’m turning 27 this year. I always learned a lot from you. Very happy to see you posting again. Cheers from Chicago 💯
Thanks for posting this! I’m 19 and the advice you’ve given is what I’m working at daily. More content like this and I’m a new fan. Love the Jarrad Wright interviews you did and hope to see more! That monkey drinking the water bottle was too good😂.
Wow well said 👏🏽 this video popped up at just the right time so thank you very much for sharing! Also gave me a good laugh I love the way you filmed this you have an amazing personality~💜
I was journaling for years (writing about my day and feelings) and not really gaining anything from it. The method of answering those three questions to understand myself better makes so much more sense to me. I’m going to start doing that daily now. Thank you :)
Im currently 21 and starting get my life on track I’m back in college, gained experience & actually doing new things now. I’ve been losing friends, jobs, money, and relationships. But it always comes back to me FINDING MYSELF AND DOING ME.
So good to have you back! Great video, I’m 22 and honestly helps so much to hear these simple truths as it’s so easy to overthink life and feel lost, especially with so many contradictory self-help gurus online now. 🙏 sending love and support to you and your family Tom
yo good to see you upload again.. I've quit nicotine and pmo but not weed yet haha, maybe that's why I don't journal 😂😅 keen to hear you open up about what's been happening some time soon
I finally realized at 40 years old what I wanted to do in my life. All of the life I had experienced before this moment was actually preparing me and giving me knowledge and skills for this. Before I thought I figured it out, but nop! Kept hitting walls. There is excitement and ease when you pursue your true goal finally. It's easy now to say no to friends, to joints, and to procrastination when you really want to work on that goal and make it happen. P.S. And yeah, psychedelics, green, and plant medicine helped tremendously! But they are there to help and not to do the work for you.
What I've learnt in life: Pleasure should be hard earned, all easy paths to pleasure leads to suffering. Please should be a result of life events not the result of taking substances. You should not focus on doing things just to feel pleasure.
I feel like some of your truths were pretty anecdotal but then again you were speaking to your past self so i get that. If you're still making vidoes in the far future, you should do a followup video on this one where you share truths you wish you knew right now. Also i hope everything w your brother in law works out smoothly 🙏
Loved the video, thank you! Does anyone have any insight into vaping? Sounds like he's saying there's no benefit to vaping but in my experience switching to herb vape has been really beneficial for my overall health and it brings the intensity down as well (switched from bong). Does anyone have insight into this?
d̵o̵n̵t̵s̵ ̵d̵o̵n̵t̵ ̵h̵e̵l̵p̵ find what you would rather do, set your mind to it, and let it grow towards it like a flower towards the light. you can actually observe yourself developing and growing towards your inspirations, but judging everything else than it is like forcing the plant a certain way to grow, but the plant knows best how to open up to light. there is no shame in laying down in bed when you feel like it. in fact, listen to what you feel and abide in it. theres an invisible connection from the true self to a thing that comes to mind. this connection is realized when you find the source to whom the thing came to mind to. you always have the right to love yourself and it will always result in truth
Interesting, how did those things change your life after you realised and applied them? How long did it take for you to be happy with your life after making those changes?
