Hii, guys!!
Hope you are doing well and ready for this short but challenging workout.
First, we will make some abs to warm up and activate it. Afterwards, we will make our famous "leg raise" for a few minutes and then, with ourlegs a little bit tired, we will finish by doing some planks, which are not difficult at all but it is where I feel the abdomen the most.
As this video can be intense for some of you, it is totally normal to take breaks, rest when you are about to die and you’ll see that soon you’ll do it without breaks.
As I always say, good luck and love the video, even though you have to hate me!
Btw: English is not my first language, sorry if I make a mistake.

Antes de todo, espero que estés bien y preparado para este corto pero desafiante workout.
Probablemente, o mejor dicho, seguro, vas a terminar odiándome (aún más, ¿es posible?). Yo ya me odié cuando lo hice, ¡no te preocupes!
Primero, haremos unos abdominales para calentar y activar bien el abdomen. Después, haremos nuestras famosas “leg raise” por algunos minutos y después, con las piernas un poco ya cansadas, terminaremos con planchas, las cuales no son nada difíciles pero es donde más noto el abdomen.
Como este video puede ser intenso para algunos de ustedes, es totalmente normal tomar descansos, descansar cuando estás a punto de morir y verás que pronto lo harás sin pausas.
