I have bad cramps and back aches during the first 2-3 days of my period that are quite debilitating. I took some Ibuprofen, soaked in a warm epsom salt bath and then I tried this stretch routine. I’m relaxed and in little to no pain. Thank you for this!
This was a miracle. I was up all night with cramps, finally passed out after taking some meds for a bit but as soon as I woke up, cramps. They are still there but this helped a lot and they even stopped for a bit (which every minute is a relief as anyone with bad cramps knows). Thank you!!!

This was a nice and relaxing exercise ☀️ just one important reminder, it's normal to have period cramps and to experience pain to certain level during our period, BUT it is not normal to have severe pain and if you do, you should seek professional help. I have my period since I was 12 years old and I always had terrible pain to the point I couldn't have a normal life, I had to miss school and many others things, I'm 30 now and I was just diagnosed with endometriosis, and I'm glad I finally know the reason behind my pain. It doesn't mean pain is always associated with a disease but if it's affecting your life you need to understand what is the cause and how you can fight it or live better with it. For all women suffering with period cramps, no matter how much, we are together 💪 keep strong 💕
@@panyasachdeva9897 Hi there :) I normally have strong pain in my ovaries, sometimes uterus and lately I've been having huge pain in my gut, mostly when I go to the toilet, because I found I have endometrial tissue already in my intestin. Endometriosis can actually appear in many places (even lungs and brain) so you can see different complaints within people who has it, some suffer only during the period, some suffer along the cycle. If you have strong pain that sticks you to the bed, this is not normal no matter what doctors, friends, family tells you, it's good to find a doctor that values your complaints and help you find the reason behind it, it doesn't mean you have this disease, there are other causes easier to solve ☀️ Keep strong!

Hej, how does the treatment go? Is some operation needed? I have the same problem, terrible cramps every time... But my gynechologist never found anything abnormal during a check up.
This helped me so much!! I made the mistake of eating onion rings (for my younger people just starting DONT EAT THE GREASY FOODS!! IT MAY JUST MAKES YOUR CRAMPS WORSE LIKE MINE!! Have healthy options like fruit salad, yoghurt, spinach salad, etc!!!!!) instead of something healthier and less greasy. Which led to even worse cramps and stomach pain/issues. I took pepto bismol and not even that provided a longer relief. After deciding to check RU-vid and clicking on this it was definitely the way to go!! I’m only 14 and my cramps give me back pain- bur after stretching my cramps already lessened and my back pain was gone
@@angeleyez7338 im definitely thinking about it. Just two days ago I had a fever for 2 consecutive days and almost like ongoing cramps leading up to my period. The fever stopped right after but the cramps have carried on into my period
i always get that awful deep low back pain around my tailbone. it’s day 1 of my period so you know it’s at its worst. these stretches helped quite a bit, and when i felt like idk about this i relaxed and could feel myself settling with each breath. really brought me some mental and physical relief.
I was in such intense pain and after this, my cramps and backache eased down a lot more than expected. I shall do this more often! Thanks for the video!

hi! as you’re periods regulate and stuff you will notice changes, its normal dont worry. i used to have like 3 day periods, very light. one year down the line im on for seven days, im heavy and suffer with cramps. i hope you figure out your new pattern soon and you’re not suffering too bad!
@@knyh i also had light pain at first. my cycle was also irregular because my body was adjusting. some days I'd have extreme pain. now, at 20, i hqve a pretty consistent pattern of horrible cramps on the first two days, with no pain for the rest of the week. when you're going through puberty as a girl, hormones are all over the place because your body is trying to transition you into an adult. it's normal. take care of yourself :)

I feel so good! My body was so tense and tight I got a good deep stretch heard a few bones crack lol!! Well needed. I have really intense periods & cramps where I’d literally be throwing up & on the verge of passing out, I be fixed in one position and I can feel my body stiffening from lack of movement and stretching.My body during this time just goes through so much! When I cramp they get BAD and my lower back hurts so much but these stretches legitimately helped even if my flexibility isn’t great. Gonna be going through your vids more often :)

Thank you so much. I was never able to deal with my period pain without painkillers. With this exercise I am able to relieve my pain. And I also drink coriander powder mixed with hot water. It’s a Sri Lankan method. It also helps with the flow.
You guys, when I tell you this exercise works, IT WORKKSSS!!! I've been doing this on my cycle every morning when I have bad cramps for 2 years straight, and it has never failed. If these cramps are really bad, it's gonna hurt, and it may take a while for the effects to kick in, but do it right and take your time, and it'll 100% work. I trust no other woman but her she's an absolute God send.❤

Im on my menstrual and i cant sleep so I decided to do this stretch, and it truly does help with the cramps and back pain tremendously, thank you so much, i dont take no medication for my pain so i find other ways like meditation and stretching

Last night was very tough for me. I keep changing my sleep position for having backache and legs cramps due to period. Tonight. Just now my back and leg felt the same again. Then found this routine here, and tried it. And now I feel much relieved and I hope to have a better sleep tonight.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!!!! Always at the beginning of my period i have really bad cramps to where it hurts when i move or even when im not moving too, i decided i dont want to keep being in pain anymore but i also dont want to take pain relievers so i tried this and i was amazed that it worked so well that im shocked! tysm for the lovely video!!
Believe me this video is my comfort place during periods whenever I hit my period I always come here and do this exercise and it really works during whole day whenever your cramps started just do this whole set of exercise it will give you relief from pain for 15 to 30 min and do it again and continue this process after some time your pain will be completely gone and for those people who will think how can we do this during heavy bleeding first you should go washroom then you should do this it will be much easier I hope this comment help you this is my personal experience and believe me i am one of those girl who suffered a lot because of period pain and in a past I ate almost 9 painkillers only in one day i still take painkillers but this exercise help a lot me in reducing dose of painkillers
The first four years of my menstrual cycle were a nightmare.i can't really explain but the pain disappeared.four years later I'm in unbelief. The pain God.its overwhelming especially because it's been long I had any pain! I feel a little bit of relief
i refuse to take any painkillers no matter how bad my cramps get and today was like the worst they've ever gotten and this video helped so so much. i also had to take my little sister to school by bike and its like 25 miles and i was DYING.

Hey Daniela, thanks for such an effective workout, I am under a lot of stress currently and having a mildly painful period. I usually don't get too painful ones, so it always puts me off if I get aches. Your stretches are easy to follow, short and really helped my moderate pain go away, feeling so much better! OMGGG bro i just did this and it helped so much i was up all night even a 800 mg Ibuprofen couldn't help me. That 7:12 Lying Butterfly position really helps!. I know I had seen it before, so for people who cant hold their legs up like that you can also do that position and rest your legs on the wall or you can just put your legs straight up and hopefully that'll help as well!

this video really helped me. I was in a lot of pain while I was looking for videos on how to get rid of painful bloating problems. Did the stretching a couple of times and finally I could sleep. Pain is almost gone. Thank you for this video 👍
