I been suicidal and trying to get better mentally. Anxiety and panic have made it hard for me to function . I just did a short walk and did these stretches . Thanks from making this video. A lot of the stuff you said was reassuring and made me feel less alone .
Hi :) Just an idea, something that has helped me are panic and stress affirmations on youtube every morning and before bed. Depression ones too I find it helps me but just an idea! So proud of you for making changes for your better! Your mind and body got this!!
I go through the same thing, people don’t realize that panic attacks and anxiety can cause suicidal feelings just as much as depression does. You’ve got this my friend. And give me any tips if you’ve gotten out of it 🫶🏻

Girl, I followed you cuz I saw a stretching video for period cramps and I get them a lot and sometimes they hurt even worse than normal people cramps because I have a condition but that video actually worked and helped me a lot, and I just did this one and let me tell you that you are a lifesaver 😅 I don’t get how you are so underrated, you deserve so much! When you use the countdown feature, it's really jarring when you talk through the transition. I'm trying to listen to you finish your point while feeling "late" to the next pose.
