Can’t wait to try this! For your next stretch video you should do a 20-30 minute full body stretch routine!

A very interesting routine. Obviously I had to take small breaks between positions due to my rusty hips. I will repeat this routine many times and I am sure my hip mobility will improve. Thank you so much 🙏

As a martial arts practitioner, i totally needed this and didn't know there are so many variants of hip stretches lol, especially the frog split...these could definitely improve my kicks...thanks for the tips!!
