@@LiveCoreStrong done! Also how many times a day should I do these ? I'm on baby number two...while I had abs here and there I didn't do sit ups for a while yet still had a flat stomach. Now only about 6 weeks in im showing. Should I do these twice or start with once and build my tolerance? I'm worried about post partum
2 questions for you, I stated one above within my responses but figured it best to ask here. 1: How many days should I be doing this one? Am I gradually aiming for twice a day? 2: Do you have any back strengthening and posture supporting exercises ? If not is this something you may make in the future? Thanks for your help and support.

Since you are experiencing symptoms that may resemble Diastasis Recti I do not recommend doing these exercises, which could be too advanced for you. It’s best to get someone in the medical field to examine you, such as a physical therapist or your OBGYN. Let me know if you have any more questions.
