@@LiveCoreStrong done! Also how many times a day should I do these ? I'm on baby number two...while I had abs here and there I didn't do sit ups for a while yet still had a flat stomach. Now only about 6 weeks in im showing. Should I do these twice or start with once and build my tolerance? I'm worried about post partum

@@MissNamaSlay twice a day to start is a good idea. Take it down to once a day as you move along through each trimester. You’ll do great!

2 questions for you, I stated one above within my responses but figured it best to ask here. 1: How many days should I be doing this one? Am I gradually aiming for twice a day? 2: Do you have any back strengthening and posture supporting exercises ? If not is this something you may make in the future? Thanks for your help and support.

After an outbreak of chronic nausea and depression from being so sick I am about two weeks back. I was aware of this happening but forgot just how paralyzing it can be. My back pain has increased along with fatigue, the fight to maintain health continues!!! Day 1 of restarting

Yes, you should be good to do this workout 5 weeks pregnant if you have no other symptoms or complications.

Are the mountain climbers modified from a plank position or standing position? Could I stand and do the mountain climbers instead of leaning up against the wall?

I always recommend 1 set to start, work up to 2 or 3 sets the following workout.

Thanks for the workout. I apparently have a lot of work to do because I could only manage half of the reps and was panting after 2 minutes😆

That's ok, in this case I would workout "until fatigued" for each exercise rather than counting reps. That's completely ok to do. Don't push yourself!

I recommend doing it 4-6 days a week. You choose which days.

Hi! I'm 12 weeks pregnant with my first and I already experienced some coning, I don't really understand why😢 Can I still do these exercises, the ones which don't make my abs coning?

Since you are experiencing symptoms that may resemble Diastasis Recti I do not recommend doing these exercises, which could be too advanced for you. It’s best to get someone in the medical field to examine you, such as a physical therapist or your OBGYN. Let me know if you have any more questions.

I recently get my home pregnancy test kit positive results is it safe for me to do these workouts bcz my mother is not allowing me to do anything like bending or else for three months what should i fo

If your mother is concerned about your exercise routine, how about a compromise and do the 2nd or 3rd trimester ab workouts for pregnancy?
