I'm always tired and usually need a nap during the day. I think the culprit for me is lack of nutrient rich foods. Caffeine is probably also to blame since I drink it when I wake but I can't break the habit.
In the last 2 weeks I quit smoking marijuana and vaping at the same time after abusing them for the last 4-5 years. Would this cause me to be extremely tired during the day?
My dad once had to go to the emergency room because after 40 years of drinking coffee his body suddenly had a reaction with extreme inflammation. It was freaky!
