Push ups really aren't that hard. Start with 5 push ups on your knees two times a day. So 10 pushups each day and slowly increase it, soon enough you will find it so easy. Girls can do anything they set their mind to :)
@Pakistani Afghan Girl That's because you have never done any, so that's how your body is adjusted. When you start to do push ups, your brain will go "oh we use our arms so we need more muscles in that area. " and after some time it will get easier. I use to go to Martial Arts training. When I started I struggled but as I kept training I could do more and more. I got to a point where I could do 30(not on your knees, the normal ones) very easily. It was only 30 because I didn't really push myself. I am gonna work to be much stronger now.

Silversurfer ay another good one I use is holding the dumbbell like #6 and move my arms towards my feet the back up over my head straight arms the whole time. works well also. hope you understand what I mean
I only did exc num 2 and it did work for me... wanna tell that i m not flat but a bit saggy so wanted to tighten my brests... And m feeling the improvement

I think you shouldn't be ashamed of what size you have. Whether you think its too big or too small that's what makes you, YOU! And you are EXTRAORDINARY!!!!
I like this video but I wished it had an explanation on why I should do the workouts. I’m just doing these not knowing what the science behind it is and what the workouts are benefitting.
