After years of trying to develop a morning routine that worked, I have finally settled on this 7 step plan which has been backed by scientists such as Andrew Huberman. Since adopting this routine every morning, I have noticed a huge difference in my mental health and mindset.
I understand everyone has different schedules but if you can find just a couple of things to introduce into your morning routine, you will hopefully reap the rewards and feel better both physically and mentally.
