I'm 19 and I'm doing journal writing since 4 years now but I'm a girl and sadly you said right about feminine trait. I accept it and I'm ready to change it and develop a masculine trait in order to journal writing. I mean how strong it sounds "iss journal mein jo likh diya hai wo to hoke hi rahega" I also have a habit tracker and I do meditation from 1 year. I do almost everything you said except one which is progressive overload I guess but I'm Hard on myself because I know my potential
Let me tell you something, journal writing is a great piece of habit in order to get things off your chest and it vaguely helps you to NOT OVERTHINK abt random things ur mind stresses, also helps in trauma healing. Ngl but I think either this guy is not aware of what journal writing prominently is, or you smh took the wrong definition of here, "suppressing ur feelings/thoughts in order to become that giga chad bs whatever is a form of masculinity" HELL NO. I mean even as a guy if you have trauma and suffer through mental health issues, then no matter how hard you push urself, start working out & maybe even manage to succeed, you'll STILL BE LACKING INSIDE URSELF. We all have feminine and masculine energies inside ourselves and if one doesn't balance them, then he/she is going to face its repercussions. So, it's all about balance and don't just blindly follow whatever a person confidently with handful of knowledge is teaching on yt.
And also, politely speaking but I'm disappointed for what he considered as a feminine trait. "Changing directions like an ocean", "not having a purpose in life" is now a feminine trait? Excuse me it sounds familiar as how they also say "crying is a feminine habit" ,"girls are not capable of achieving big things" and what not. We're all humans and as sexually differentiated beings, we all somewhere have strengths and weaknesses. Who said men are perfectly aligned with their goals and not distracted? And who even said that women are not aligned with their goals and distracted? It is completely arbitrary and depends on each other person. Also, it is somewhere a case but opposite. I'm not a hater but please don't get misleading information from the internet. Feminine traits and energy is far beyond this guy's thinking and mindset, trust me you're powerful as who you are and do not completely change urself in order to seek the alpha male wanna be rat race, just be balanced.

Steps i lernt from this video. 1. Habit tracker 2. Goal setting 3. Eat that frog (think on a paper and work from a list.) 4. Eat a frog in the morning (do the most difficult task in the morning). 5. No breakfast:- remember don't eat heavy food in the morning as it fog's our mind. 6. Steps to enhance mental health ~meditate ~gratitude expression:- express your gratitude on a sheet of a paper, the things you are thankful for. 7. Progressive overload:- find your most procastinable habit, like meditation so do 3 mins in the first week, 5 min in the next and 10 in the next week. 8. Most masculine habit that will make you a different person. ~buy a journaland promise yourself that everything you will write in that journal will happen at all cost. ~as a man you should do all the things that you talk about, changing directions like ocean current is a feminine trait, you are a ship in the ocean and you have a direction and a purpose. IF YOU WANT TO STOP PROCASTINATING FOREVER THIS SHOULD BE YIUR MINDSET.
Bhai kasam se ,,i also have same story i have done cross ❌ in 2023 habit tracking,but in 2024 i didn't put cross ❌ and leave the space blank, and it works well...and now u have also validated this point
