Thank you for this! I don’t talk about it much, but I am attention deficit to the MAX and it’s impacted my school life a lot. I’m super disorganized and trying so hard to get myself together. Being a pharmacist has been my dream since I was in 10th grade (I’m 24 now!) and this video gave me a bit of hope that I can do it. Bless your heart!

Hey there Jasmine,thank u SO so much for this video.I finished my second year of pharmacy three months ago and I was struggling really really hard, working at the same time,going to classes, studying everyday and you're right!! The first important thing is to take care of yourself which I hadn't (3-4 hours sleep in a day. during exam times I even had a record I didn't sleep for 40 hours straight) and how much I studied and made algorithms it just didn't get into my head 😂 Thanks for helping us and I'm gonna be using that channel u mentioned and of course "Osmosis".Good luck with ur studies ✨

lol I been watching all of ur vids. I love your vibe and personality. I'm also trying to be a pharmacist, but still in hs. My uncle graduated from pharmacy school last year and is now a pharmacist manager. Do you have any advice for me in hs? Also, what is a good undergrad to get into? Also how hard is it to get to pharmacy school? and how hard is pharmacy school? Sorry for all the questions lol.

Thank you so much! I would advise trying to get a job as a pharmacy technician to get experience once you graduate high school. You can even try to become a cashier at a pharmacy to get experience. In terms of undergrad, feel free to choose the college best for you. Just be sure to take the required prerequisite courses. :)

Pharmaceutics was actually my favorite. I totally agree with RU-vid videos as well, helped me for pathophysiology and nephrology. I don't know how you did concept map during school, I am just doing concept maps now that am done with spring semester because I just did not have enough time to do during school, every minute just seemed important to read rather than make notes from notes.

Pharmacist job can be very stressful especially if you work in retail pharmacy. Dentist you always in clinic and it’s quite and not stressful. At the end you have to choose what is best for you and what you like.

Pharmacy school has way too much information to remember everything. Studying should really be based on making connections to fully grasp concepts and lock things into your mind that way. Hope this helps :)
