Yes, you can and should be kind to everyone. As long as you continue to let them be a part of your life, you can’t grow. You are allowing them to steal your joy. Let them go and move on. Meditation is so good for you. There are many affirmations on RU-vid, Pinterest, and books you can purchase by Deepak Chopra and so many others. Please don’t use other people as an excuse for what you feel. Start taking responsibility now for a happier and better life for you. I know you can do it. Claint I ask the Universe to guide you and bring positive, loving people into your life and that you open your heart to receive them.

being nice and positive about life to people and even faking confidence until you got it has majorly changed my life, it took around 2 years now since ive started to change the way i look at things, and yes it comes with some pain too, but it benefits my life so much, and things actually feel like they might get better. it gives me hope, i surround myself with what makes me happy and do what i have to do and i make it work.

Ve been praying,reciting much But when continuous shocks make u a mental patient,depression,anxiety takes u away from life,everyone leaves u alone,become totally helpless,hopeless,then only miracle,any angel f God can help. I find it really hard to be kind to mean people. Mostly because of my troubled childhood and having to put my parents emotions before my own, making me a co-dependant. It's just really hard. I do believe people will be positive if I stay positive. I just don't want people taking my kindness for weakness, cos I know kindness is a strength and a gift from God.
