I’m 46 and have struggled with many things regarding lack of confidence, leadership etc. grew up without a father and mow i have a grandson and feel i have an obligation to teach him these things and in order to do that i have to become the man i want him to be. I'm late to the party but I'm going to start this now. I'm 34, a homeschool, stay-at-home mom. I think this content is great for both men AND women as both genders should strive to better themselves. In my daily life, I make my own schedule, no one tells me what to do and no one checks up on me so it can be easy to slip into mediocrity and do bare minimum stuff but i don't want that. Not for me or my kids who are with me 24/7. Thank you for providing solid, sound advice. We need more of this for all those men and women out there who don't have good role models to follow. 2023 has been rough but we're about to turn that around 🎉😊

I know this a more targeted for men but this whole video resonated with me. At the age of 14 I become addicted to pain killer to deal with my anxiety and depression, then by 18 I was a full blown alcoholic, pill popper, and weed smoker all cause I hated who I was and where I was at. Now I'm 24 been free from alcohol and pills now for 9months. Yet it left me all these health issue, broke, and still addicted to weed. I am done with that vision of myself, I'm choosing to get complete clean and healthy. Thank you so much for the free resources and I'll be definitely sharing with my brother and father. And I'll see you in 6 weeks with my marathon results 💪❤

I Ran my First Marathon this year "2022 NYC Marathon" , while 2 of my businesses were failing. acquired a ton of debt and mentally i was flustered. I wanted to quit and relocate with a new game plan. Running the NYC marathon gave me the ultimate boost, no running coach, just RU-vid and grit. when I crossed the finished, I felt rejuvenated and ready for battle. im carrying that mindset into 2023 and i'm running over every fucking thing that gets in my way. Great job with all your problems and you still ran the marathon. I'm 61 had a stroke 2 years ago and I wanted to live better. Had some set backs, mainly alcohol but I ran my first 1/2 marathon. Cut time was was 3 hours and I did it in 2;57 I'm hooked and I'm training for a spring 1/2 and a full marathon in the fall. Keep up the good work.

Bedros is definitely on the right track. Once you get to level two, you may be curious if there’s a level three. There is. I’m 71. 40 years ago, I took everybody else off all the pedestals of my life, including myself, and put Jesus first Now I can honestly say I’ve been everywhere I wanted to go, done everything I wanted to do, overcame all my vices, got all the things I wanted, finished everything I started, and met everyone I wanted to meet. From here I can see the 4.0 version: “As he is, so are we in this world.” Bet you never heard that in church. That’s why the churches are emptying out.

Hi Bedros. I watched episode 001 on 12 November and that's when it all changed. I quit drinking, smoking pot, video gaming and watching TV on that day. Coincidence that we both quit drinking on that day. I don't even drink club soda, just water when I go out with friends and that shit eats people up inside, especially when they see me enjoying myself more than they are. LOL. Thank Bedros. I’m 35 yrs old. I was the 3 pack tall cans after work every morning with coworkers after a long night shift guy. Justifying it to myself that I earned them. Then getting home buzzed while the wife and kids getting ready for work and school. Great video and solid advice. I just went through a divorce and lost everything. I worked my entire life for. I’m 57 years old and literally have taken two years off to get my mind right. I’ve completely unplugged and travel the country in my van since Covid. After going through that setback, it made me wonder, why did I work so hard just to lose it all. At my age, I have to start again from scratch. I’m fearful and very excited at the same time for my new future. I’ve been rich once I can do it again.

I ran into your episode about the immigrant work ethic. It was thought provoking and very relateable. My parents came to Canada in 1997. Between the both of them, they worked about 30 hours a day, when you factor the work of keeping a home, studying and working towards certifications. Its easy for me to be lazy because I had a comfortable life, which was provided to me by my parent's sacrifices. I found Outwitting the Devil years ago. It and the Richest Man In Babylon are two of the most influential book's I've ever read. The audio books for both are amazing.

Like Bedros, at 34 I was woke up. Long story short. I ended up in full organ failure and almost dead. I was hooked up to a machine for six months to stay alive. Now at 48. I’ve been transformed. If I can do it you can. Great message Bedros. I can’t get enough! Thank you Sir🙏

@@giezyvillavicencio1594 Yes. Long story. I lost a kidney on active duty (The other was left at 40% function.) Then the other lasted 13 more years. Unknowing thought I had a bad cold one day and Shit went down hill Fast from there. Know This though. I was not my best health advocate. I ignored my health because I was absolutely career obsessed. I couldn’t take time to go to the bathroom some days let alone go to the doctor. And this is where I fell short And almost became a fatal error. I hope to just share this with other people and let them now especially us guys. Get your ass to the doctor. And know what your blood work says. Be you’re number one best health advocate.

@@giezyvillavicencio1594 it’s so important to know your body. Having your doctor sit down with you to read and get educated on how your blood work is supposed to operate. This takes the guess work out. Most importantly, for you Giezy. At 29 to have a baseline of your health. Moving forward in years. You’ll have something to compare it to. Then you also gain peace of mind so you can get out there and stay after it. Stay in touch brother. 🤙

I’ve been on a journey for a while, and really starting to have a better life. Just came across your channel and it’s giving me good tools and inspiration to keep moving forward. This last year has been a roller coaster as I have been back at the family farm farming with my dad and grandpa, who both died last year. The farm is still going, it’s stronger and better and I’ve been present for my family in a more authentic way than ever before. I still have a lot of work before me, but if I keep my eyes low and keep playing my cards right I know I can make a beautiful life. Thank you!

You’re awesome Bedros. Doing things like this really show that you care for people and genuinely want to help them even if it doesn’t directly benefit you. It truly shows your character. I’m 20, my father was abusive and left me and my family so I have had no make role models in my life. Listening to you has truly motivated me, even though I hate using that word because discipline is king, but you have truly inspired me to be the absolute best version of myself, and I aspire to be as awesome as you one day. 2023 is my year, if I get on the grind at this age who knows where I’ll be in 20 years. I didn’t hear this before the beginning of 2023. It’s April 16 and I just signed my chubby a** up for the San Francisco marathon. I’m a short 5’7 and weigh 260. I need to lose 60lbs in the next 100days and get myself into decent running shape to complete this challenge. I can’t wait!
