i want to start as a freelancer but i am not sure how . the web technologies i use are the traditional web dev tech like html , css , js bootstrap etc and also i do wordpress development

Oh, no worries, Enmanuel! Time is on your side. Most people have no idea what they want to or should do even in their 20s or 30s. I've worked with people in their 50s who did not know what to do. So take it easy, experiment, try out different things. You've got this!!
