As always beautifully crafted video. However, how does this Dashcam scores above dual channel Dashcam options? Also, does the hardwiring has any bearing on warranty of the vehicle? Thx in advance
This dashcam serves a specific purpose. To be rotatable with your voice command. Dual channel dashcams have dedicated recording front and back. So in the broader sense, they are better. Also, hardwiring has no inpact on the warranty of your car.
I would not buy this dashcam. This is an amazing product packed with features, but one aspect of the rotating lens would prevent me from buying it. When it is given a command to "shoot left" for example, it rotates to the left and shoots for only 10 seconds before it returns to the "shoot forward" position. "Shoot right" and "shoot inside" reacts in the same manner. If I command the camera to "shoot left", I want it to continue to shoot left until it is commanded to do otherwise. If talking to police at the driver's window, for example, I want the camera to record the entire interaction with the police. This issue could probably be resolved by the manufacturer with a downloaded software update, but until then, the rotating lens feature is of little value to me.
Thanks for the informative video! Was waiting kanree nimma video ge! 😃 One doubt, for the collision capture or the ai enabled emergency capture, what is the duration of the capture?
@@traveltechyoutube would this Omni be better or the 4k Dual Channel Dashcams? I am confused, as only this product offers 60fps in Indian market currently.
Hi.. Thanks for this informative video. Can you tell us 1. Is there any alternative for this product. 2. Also, if we used this with normal hard wire kit, will it enable parking surveillance? or will need 4G hard wire?
1. Alternative in what terms? This is the only dashcam with 360 degree rotation in the world. So in terms of automatic rotation, there is no alternative. 2. Yes you can use a normal hardwire kit for parking mode. 4G hardwire kit does not work in India.
Very nice video. Does it have built-in GPS? Also, could you please suggest some rear dash cam models that can be installed along with OMNI as a front dash cam?
With a 10K-15K budget, you can get a 2K camera for the rear, giving you the best video quality without compromise. You can go with 70MAI A500S. Here is the link: amzn.to/3DJpZVL
Hi sir if possible can you make one video of how to install 70mai dash cam with the installation of hardwire kit and also installation of 4g kit......if possible can you explain what is the use of 4g kit ........i checked there are no videos on 4g kit....thank you sir
4G kit does not work in India. Also, I have made a detailed video on 70mai hardwire kit. Here is the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HjznKi3pSL4.html
@@traveltechyoutube I just got the 4G hardwire kit for the Omni from UAE. I am planning to test it at home with a 12v power supply and an Airtel Simcard. Why will it not work in India?
@@traveltechyoutube The features of this dashcam are really nice, though not having a continuous recording of rear view at this price point is a bummer. Or any workarounds available. Thoughts?
The motion detection is through lens? How can catch a suspisious movement from other directions when parking monitoring? Does it have surveilance that goes around back and forth?
Nope. Only front, where the camera is focused on. If you need round the back surveillance, you will need a triple camera dashcam such as VIOFO A229 PRO or T130.
I need an all around surveilance camera, that uses motion sensor and not gravity sensor and does not stay inactive after some video it might took. Is there any? And not very big. Thanks@@traveltechyoutube
The cameras I have mentioned in my previous comment do exactly that. They are motion sensor based and not g sensor based. You get the option of triple and dual channel as well within those. Hi, Does 64gb omni is enough or 128gb is required since it only shoot 15 seconds ? And also will it record in Timelapse or it will record fully even no incident is detected ?
