I thought I didn't need the coolant hoses until I took my Speed out here (it's literally snowing this moment), went WOT and the throttle stuck open 😬. I had to stomp on the pedal to unstick it.
It's a design meant for low temp locations, so it prevents that from occurring. Aftermarket are for "racing purposes". Which means, get a daily for the daily haha
If I understood correctly. For install.. you don't need much, but the bolts supplied with the tb. If you're on stock intake manifold, you will need to bypass the coolant hose. As the cs tb will not have that option available anymore. You can also run this without a tune, but cs recommends a tune.
Well, I always recommend an accessport, (Hpfp) high-pressure fuel pump internals. They are both easy. The (hpfp) can be done with ease following a video for reference. The next easy thing to do is a (rmm) rear motor mount to help with wheel hop and some of that torque steer. If you're freshly new to one, I'd recommend doing the usual maintenance to the car and have it on record, such as motor and transmission oil changes, spark plugs and so on. I have a few videos that you may use at your discretion for reference. Any other questions, feel free to ask.
