Awesome video thank you for the tips and things to specifically look for when getting one of these bikes. I ended up getting the 15000w motor 72V 70 amp battery with the 150 amp BMS. Your videos helped me ask the right questions to make sure I got what I wanted. Thanks again keep it up.🎉
Great video and well explained, I am 58 and have been a biker all my life this looks like fun good on you for your build and showing youtube watchers your trials in your build it is greatly appreciated to learn from the younger people, thank you.. by the way get yourself a drone to fly freestyle around those hills make your journey into the mountains more worth while but be sure to video and post on youtube..
I’m looking to get a dji mavic mini. But I’m waiting for a new one to come out. Because I bought a GoPro hero 9 for the hero 10 to come out a day later. Don’t want to make the same mistake.
@@ENDOPRYSMyt no mate buy yourself a frame kit 7inch, build it yourself put inav on it and boom your gone watch JB or Painless 360 vids to learn more, not as long flight times but shit loads more fun.
Good video!! Keep putting out this content because you are good at it and I'm not the only one saying it. Thank you for the entertainment and vital information!!
Thanks so much for the encouraging words. It’s been a while since I last posted. School and sports have really slowed things down for me. I graduate high school soon and I think I want to start investing some real money and time into getting this channel going and growing again. Gonna post maybe a channel update soon. I also am hooking up a cooling fan to my bike so I’ll post that. Stay tuned and thanks for the support.
Your videos are really a few steps above most EV channels in quality. Always good info and I never need to put you on 2x cuz the videos are edited/paced so well
I appreciate your videos. You're saving people a lot of headache, time, and money. Just wanted to ask about the controller issue from your video three months back. Obviously you got it resolved, but I was curious of what it was and how you fixed it. Thanks
Great video man! Can you do weelies with this bike? Please make some more road and off road videos, they are nice to watch. Keep up the good work! Maybe an other video with stuff you could have done better, maybe fox dnm fork? Peace!
Only if you keep the total wattage the same (by lowering the current draw). If you keep the voltage of the battery pack the same, but add more cells in parallel (increase AH and draw of amps), then you need larger wires to efficiently deliver all that power. How often you draw that power also matters. The smaller wires likely won't matter if you run your bike at lower speeds (drawing less power) and only require the extra juice when accelerating or hitting hills.
Dam I was with you until you said 4 stacks!! Wow wtf??!! It cost me 800 bucks to build my 212 predator gas tank frame build! I was ready to try the ebike craze...fuck that sideways!!🤣🤣 nice video informative.
Thx for all the info. Im 5’9” and i think my height will be just right now that i seen you sitting on yours. BUT i have one question- will the height of a bike seat differ than a motorcycle seat? Thx.
Looks good. I'm gonna go with a mid drive motor with an 11t driver and not sure what rear sprocket. I think a motor performs better when driving a wheel via chain or belt, rather than move itself inside a wheel. It would be more balanced too, I think.
Electrons flow on the outside of the conductor. I wonder if the wire is thinner, but is stranded with very fine copper conductors, could it be as efficient as wire that is slightly thicker, but has fewer strands?
I've got the same bike as you, could you tell me what a few of your settings are so I can get my bike right System Auto assist ? The option for pedal throttle or both option disappeared I'd like to get that back on my display. Advanced settings I'd like to know what all the settings are? Any help would be appreciated Also under information my bike is running Hardware version 3.0 Software version 2.0
I'm 6.3", should I get bigger wheels? like 29"? Or the basic 26" and a regular bike saddle to make it higher? Is your sit adjustable or fixed height? Thank you the video was really helpful!
Thanks for infos. I stuck on the BMS value cause i was planning to buy a 5000W72V50AH from Alibaba which i already found one but havent asked for BMS yet. What about yours? The bms capacity of your bike?
@@ENDOPRYSMyt that’s a nice battery! I seen one…but it’s over $1000 dollars, I’m gonna have to wait till I get paid, and sell some more E-bikes….I already have $300 bucks….But still not enough….I’m taking my time building it….so when it’s done I will have the funds to purchase one….if you know anywhere cheaper than Amazon, let me know my budget is $1200 dollars. Damn things cost almost more than the bike and kit…LOL Good video…And you have a new subscriber.
I recently lost my license for street racing, im looking for a nice quick e bike my commute to work is about 35 mins in a car not sur about the bike, what is a good alternative? A nice affordable bike lmk thanks
What size wheels/tires do you have? The vender I’m currently speaking with said that anything over 8000w come with 26x4 wheel/tire setup. They look like bicycle tires and not the all-terrain(turtle) or off road(knobby) tires.
You no the James bigger eltric bike is 3000wat 72volt top speed 57mph range 47miles. That the one thats made with fibre glass metal and plywood. I hope you don't mind but his bike is far serpaera to look at as yours. Your frame is heavy metal you should have made fibre glass frame or carbon fibre. And that bike to build the prise just over half the money that you paid plus the battery are separate like drill battery total 72volt echa battery has built in bms. Its cheaper because if a battery fails you just buy one if yours failed your talking of a new battery
so im wondering how you arived at 65mph as a top speed? acording to this pesky thing called the laws of phisics a bldc motor being supplied with aprox 72V can only turn so fast. what is the Kv rating of your motor? are all of the settings in your screen/controlor correct for your wheel size? im not trying to discredit you but you would need a 15Kv motor in order to even theroreticly reach that speed. most ebike hub motors including the high power ones are in the naborhood of 5-10Kv. i only know of one or two specal built grin tech motors that break 10Kv and those are like 700 alone. im sorry but i beleave your actual top speed is closer to 50. still a fast bycicle for sure. the amprage will not matter for max speed... well it will but yout top rpm for the motor is deturmened by the voltage. your amprage just provides the Tq to get there.
The digital displays are almost identical to accurate gps tracking . I have a 12kw and I have done over 110klms/hour on mine and have done 100klms/hour on the 8kw bikes. You need to upgrade the spokes on 8kw or 12kw bikes as they are too weak for the powerful hub motors
@@ENDOPRYSMyt my gas bike caught on fire today and so did i. I was on the trail walking it home in my underwear sweating like a hog .dont build a gas bike and let you sweater you tied around your waist rest on the exhaust while gas is leaking heavily from the gas cap.
You said your bike does 65mph your six foot so your weight I'm gesing 13.8 stone that's why your bike won't do 70 mph. Say this bike was remote control so no one on this bike would do 80to85mph I'm 11stone if I was on this bike it would do 70mph or more that's why a jokey on a horse has to be a certain weight as the horse won't hit top end speed. Its called load and underload
