3. Drink a 80oz-128 oz of water every day

4. pray everyday
5. no scrolling or social media until after prayer & no scrolling after 8pm
6. Read 10 pages of a book that will help you spiritually
7. Read 1 chapter of the bible in the morning & Read 1 chapter before bed
