Here’s a look into my experience doing 75 hard. If you watched episode 2 of the Becoming Series you know where I was at mentally (dec 2021) going into this challenge. I’m grateful for the discipline and experience I gained along the way. I love you guys so much! Enjoy!

You are so strong and brave. Seeing you accomplish this is absolutely amazing, because not many people have that self-motivation, myself included. In the crazy world we live in, it's sometimes difficult to see a bright light for humanity. The inspiration that you give to the world is wonderful, and we as viewers are so blessed to witness your journey and the power that God has had in your life- to give you the confidence, motivation, and love for yourself that you needed to reach your finish line. how did you go from binging to having zero cheat meals for 75 days? i feel like that would be impossible for me to do

As long as you control your proportions it’s fine but cheat meals can lead to binging anyways. If you want to have something just make sure you control your proportions, which can satisfy those cravings without overdoing it.

I love this!!! I sometimes worry about people starting 75 hard because, depending on someone's mindset, it can be really restrictive, but I love that you were able to nourish your body and feel confident!!! Fueling is so good, not only for our energy, but for our minds, to feel satiated, to regulate our emotions, to give us strength and so much more. So happy for your journey.

I just want to say how much I enjoy your videos, they always feel so inspirational and uplifting. I'm going to be turning 20 at the end of October, I'm not confident at all, in who I am or my body. And I've just been very unmotivated and not where I want to be in life. But this sounds like something that could change that. I don't have a lot of faith in myself or my ability to do these things every day for 75 days, but I want to try. And if I fail, I'll start over. You are so precious! I'm significantly older than you, but have been binge watching 75 Hard videos when I came across yours. I knew you were a Christian almost immediately. I love when I can just tell :) I've struggled with eating/body image since childhood, so I understand your struggles all too well. I'm proud of your progress and I'll pray for it to continue :)

I did 2 workouts everyday! I usually did one harder workout (weightlifting, body combat, etc.) and then a walk or yoga! 😊
